Great value for the price. Big, comfortable and nice rooms. Very beautiful and well maintained garden. Great showers (which is very important for a beach destination). Stunning view towards the mountain. Situated in a quiet area of the resort and close to the beach.

The breakfast was below average. I would recommend the owners to offer a cheaper variant of the rooms, without the breakfast. The locking system was unintuitive in the beginning. Also, I would recommend offering two access cards per room. The towels were changed only once for the entire week we stayed (which is rather uncomfortable at a beach destination). The WIFI was extremely slow and unreliable.

This property seems new. It was immaculate and the air conditioning worked well. It was very close to the beach and to free public parking. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

No beach towels available. I don’t normally travel with beach towels, but I made do. The sun and air is so hot in San Vito that you dry off pretty quickly after a dip.

The location is great, just 3 minutes walk from the beach, good size bedroom and nice refurbished property. Antonino was a great host and very friendly.

The only thing that needs to be checked is the aircon power as we had to put it on at 16 degrees to cool the room down.

The rooms are very nice and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, both close to the beach and relatively quiet. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Perfect location outside the center of San Vito Lo Capo but still very close to the main food and shopping street and the beach. Vito is very friendly guy who tries to fullfill your wishes. Breakfast is simplier but sufficient.

Everything was fine, just that the villa doesn't have its own parking place, but the public parking (paid) is very close.

Villa was really nice, with perfect views, very close to sea - walking distance - couple minutes, clean, easy access. The communication with management was great, they were polite, nice and ready to help, they prepared our room even sooner, and they were really nice about it. The shower for legs outside was great and useful. It was quiet in the evening since we were not directly in the city center, but at the same time it is close enough to the city center for restaurants and shops. It was great that they were offering breakfast in the morning, it is very nice. (We were expecting great fresh pastry, since we were in Sicily, instead they served pastry from supermarket, so that was a little downside and maybe should think about that. But it doesn't change the fact that having breakfast was really nice and pleasant). Overall, i recommend this accommodation, because it is a great place to stay, we enjoyed it and we would return again. The cons are more our suggestions for management rather than deal breakers.

Beds were unfortunately extremely uncomfortable. We were not given toilet paper roll couple times, so we had to go grab from public bathroom during evening when we ran out, so i think they should be careful about such things. Our shower door was closing itself and it was hard to shower my daughter when the door was not holding in place, so it could use some repair. It would be helpful if there were some glasses in the room. It would also be very useful to have drying rack on the balcony. There is some on the roof, but having one in own room would be so much convenient. One last thing that was missing for us and is suggestion from us, management could provide upon arrival some package with most common FAQ and answers - for example, telling about the bus that is arriving every 30 minutes and goes all across the town so that you don't have to walk, what are the possibilities for traveling (from the airport, around town, or to other city), maybe about boat trips that are offered, where are grocery stores, what kind of restaurants you recommend, and such. this would be perfect to have such knowledge package from the beginning.
