Very nice and comfort hotel for a relaxed stay in San Vito. The terrace is just beautiful and the breakfast in the morning on the terrace is just awesome. The service for parking was also very easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful at any time.

The architecture of the building is open, so every loud conversation in the lobby can be heard. This is not very comfy when you want to sleep in when you are on holiday. Furthermore the table and chairs for breakfast on the terrace are also causing loud noise (noise stopper would help:))

Everyone was so friendly and gave advice around where to eat and visit. Easy transfers and central quiet location. Rooms were refreshed everyday including all towels and the fridge was handy. The roof top space was good. Breakfast was different every day and super fresh and lots of good coffee available.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room. On the rooftop the tables and chairs were functional and in better weather as it was very windy when we visited used for breakfast I think. The rest of the time having some chill out furniture with relaxing chairs and settees might have been an idea or the cushions for the benches available .

A really modern and luxurious hotel with a relaxing pool space on the roof! The breakfast was delicious. It’s a short walk into the town and to the beach etc and easy enough to find parking too. Was a really great stay and we were sad to leave! The rooms are really nice and spacious and the bathrooms are very nice too - everything felt very clean

The room we were in was right next to reception and so in the morning it was quite noisy as the staff got breakfast ready, but that would have only been our room specifically

It was clean, breakfast was good, staff were helpful, and the whirlpool upstairs was amazing.

The walls in my room were too thin. I had a room on the first floor near the main entrance and elevator, and I kept hearing the front door and elevator open and close all night, which prevented me from sleeping. My family member who had a room further away didn’t experience the same issue. So I think it just depends where your room is located within the building. I asked for a different room at check in but they didn’t have any more rooms available.

The location is awesome. It is a very quaint and yet modern hotel. We loved the breakfast on the rooftop and the friendliness of the staff. Plus, the fact that we could walk to all places.

The rooms are really small and it can be quite noisy outside. The pool is not really a pool - it is really tiny and only has 2 sunchairs. The car parking is offside and someone gets your car and then you have to call for them again if you need it. Very slow and not very convenient plus, our mileage had gone up when we picked it up again without us driving. That was not a good feeling.

The staff is so nice & helpful. Hotel is super clean. Location great for walking into the center, but we had no problem finding free street parking. Breakfast was good & came with really nice cappuccino, we appreciate that!

The pillows, but when I mentioned it at check out, they said they have others, so my fault! There were some obnoxious cats outside screaming a lot at night. But I guess if your window is closed & ac on, you wouldn’t hear them. There’s construction going on across the street, but it typically stops in evening & doesn’t start too early. My biggest complaint is we could not get the AC to cool in our room. We should have had the staff show us how before we took the room. We thought we had it on, but at 3am we were hot & couldn’t get it cool. 😖 Oh, and also note that Booking says “taxes & fees included”, but the city tax is still extra.

Modern, clean hotel. Even though its very close to the center and close to the beach it is very quiet. The breakfast on the roof terrace is delicious including fresh fruits and a homemade cake with a beautiful view to the sea and the mountains.

We did not have a balcony, but since we were not often in the room and always on the move, it did not matter much.

Every one of the staff made us welcome from the very first moment, from receptionist, through table waiting, chef, and cleaning staff. The room was clean and had all we needed (the hotel receptionist even provided us with a brand new kettle when requested). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful in a pleasant and airy dining room. The rooftop offered great views of the town, and the jacuzzi offered a welcome relaxing alternative to the nearby beach.

Great little hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast on the roof terrace was fantastic everyday with stunning surrounding scenery! Just a short walk to the picturesque sandy beach and hundreds of great restaurants. Did get very busy in the town at the weekend but it was the annual town's Saint Day Festival!

Everything! The staff was of the highest caliber, the room was very clean, and the location was perfect! All of the staff were accommodating, however, I'd like to single out Marelena (apologies if misspelled). When I had a problem with my travel companion and needed to relocate, she was quick to assist me with a solution and, in essence, salvaged my vacation! She was "molto simpatica e molto gentile!" I will forever be grateful to her!! Grazie mille, Marelena!
