The location of the place was very good, breakfast was served daily with fresh products. Beds were very comfortable and extra blankets were available. There was an extra heater available at our floor and we could use it which was very handy for our children's room which was a bit colder than the other as had lots of windows and a terrace door. A separate kitchen unit at each floor was very handy and quite well equipped. it was spacious enough to have a few tables in it so more than one family could use it at the same time. A couple of sledges were available to borrow from the owners if somebody would not have their own which was very nice. And the owners were very hospitable and helpful. It was a nice 20-minute walk to the middle of the town (with snow so maybe in a different weather it would be faster) but a very nice walk too.

Wifi was not working in most areas of the room. The corridor which was joining our two rooms and also had a toilet in it, was fit in with a light on a short timer which was quite annoying if you wanted to use the space anyhow (children were playing there).

The location was very good, but there are lots of other hotels in the same area.

On arrival no one was there to greet us. This is not as stated as hotel policy in Booking.com. If the owner had been there we would have immediately asked for a refund and cancelled our stay. However, the key was in a key box and we only saw the owner the next morning. She made no apology and kept telling us to take things up with Booking.com We only had breakfast the first morning and chose not to do so again. Very plain...no fruit (except a solitary apple) and little choice. The coffee was awful. The room bore no resemblance to the description on Booking.com. There was no balcony for our room, no fridge and not even a kettle! The room itself was small, not even room for a bedside table on both sides. The room was not cleaned until we complained, so it was done once in seven days. The "parking" area is very, very tight and on a hill. No kerb on entering the area either, so we chose to park on the street, but had problems with adjoining owners, which was understandable. The sink was blocked but despite notifying the owner it was never fixed. The large shower head was not fitted properly which led to water spraying all over the bathroom. Again we reported this but nothing done about it. Overall horribly disappointing, especially the attitude of the owner. AVOID.
