When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room is really comfortable and clean. I tried another hotel at a similar price, but it wasn't worth it. The room there was not clean like they only cleaned it once and left it there. It's my second time staying at Hana and it doesn't disappoint. The breakfast is good too. Good value for your money, highly recommend.

The water from the shower is way too strong and it doesn't have any option to turn it down. But it's not a big deal to me.

great value for the price! owner upgrade me to Hana 2 for free better facility, I'd recommend over hana1 even though I never used to kitchen , clean, very convenient location in the middle of Korean town , lots of restaurant near by, and nightlife if you into it the staff doesn't speak much English but google translate works great, and it's easy to reach the owner thru app the breakfast is pretty much all Korean stuff and worked out great for me

The staff was very friendly and could speak a little bit English which very rare in Vietnam ! Our bedroom was nice and clean. The shower could be a bit more modern but it’s asian style. We recommend this place !

The Hotel is in K-Town so probably gonna fine Korean food mostly. It's quite zone as well.

The hotel didn't serve breakfast in holiday. It was fine to me if i had been informed but only when we turned up, the staff said as above. I was a bit disappointed but overall hotel quality is still good to me
