Finding this little gem was a life-saver. Quiet, clean, great showers and wonderful staff. Breakfast provided is mostly Vietnamese but we strongly recommend the beef and noodles. Large bowl and very filling! The only downside is that this hotel is located towards the airport and can feel a little remote. Talk with Andy at the desk to arrange both tours and Grab cars Into the old district. Rides there and back only cost around $30 CAD. Andy also graciously drove us to the airport himself. Simply awesome!

The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The free simple breakfast was nice to have for an early flight. The free shuttle to the airport was very helpful and the workers were nice. Some workers spoke English and if they didn’t, we used google translate which worked out fine.

The location seemed a little sketchy, however, once you’re in your room, it’s not too bad. There aren’t a lot of restaurants or markets around. There was one restaurant right across from the hotel that offered hotpot and Korean BBQ. We did eat there and it was good. The family spoke some English and had a picture menu available.

A really convenient and comfortable hotel, perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. It was my first time staying here, and I found it to be a reliable choice. The hotel provides all the essentials – free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The included breakfast was a nice bonus! I especially appreciated the hotel's driver picking me up late at night and providing a hassle-free airport transfer the next day. Thank you, HAAP Transit Hotel!

Really nice transit hotel. Huge rooms and bathroom. They do in house cooking which was a big thing as there aren’t many food sources/restaurants surrounding. Their beef pho was yummy. Water pressure in the bathroom was good but we didn’t have much hot water the next day which was a shame. Really cheap and great value whilst in transit, 5min taxi (which they can organise) to the airport. Staff were really friendly and nice people.

A simple and straightforward place to put your head very close to the airport. Don’t expect 5* comfort or plenty of things to do. What this place offers is an extremely convenient place to stay that is spotlessly clean. We stayed here between a late evening flight and an early morning flight and it was perfect for that. The owner arranged to collect us from the airport (very late) and take us back in the morning (very early) and this was no problem at all, and terrific value for money. This place is clear about what it offers and delivers exactly that, all with a smile and without any hassle whatsoever!

Nothing. If you want nightlife, a spa or a late night bar then book somewhere else. If you want a clean comfy bed convenient for the airport then book here.

I needed a place to stop for a few hours between arriving in Hanoi and checking in to my main accommodation. This seems to be the nicest option, closest to the airport. The manager contacted me a few days before arrival to confirm my arrival details and even personally came to pick me up from the airport. The whole family is involved in running this lovely little hotel and I truly felt well taken care of for just those few hours. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I wish I could have stayed longer. It was the best way to start my Hanoi trip.

The breakfast is great with fresh orange juice, fruit, and coffee

The rooms are huge, including the bathroom. It even has a jacuzzi tub! From the street you have to enter a driveway and it doesn't look impressive at all. But once you walk into the room I was amazed at how large it was, and very clean. Ours had 2 double beds. It's only a 6 min ride to the airport which suited us very well because we had an early morning flight the next day.

While the bathroom was very large, the shower area just had a partial glass divider, no glass door to keep the water from splashing over when one takes a shower. They did provide rubber slippers but I just don't like wet floors.

Very spacious room with comfortable king size bed and the most amazing bathroom. The couple who run it were so helpful. I turned up having not eaten all day so they got me in a pizza. I also haven’t been well (picked up a bug) the guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) could tell I was struggling so carried my bags up the road to the taxi. If you’re looking for an airport stop over….look no further.

There’s not really any eating establishments around. Take some food or eat before you get there.

The man who greeted me when I arrived late at night was very lovely and even made me a small meal, bless him. The bed was comfy, the shower hot and the aircon a relief. The breakfast menu is limited but there was enough to help me get through the busy morning while I checked in and went through the tedious rituals that flying demands. He also organised a car for me to get to the airport.

The girl on the desk on the morning was not so friendly.

We arrived just as typhoon Yagi had started to subside. As a result our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel at 2am. The whole city had no electricity. The lovely hotel keeper got up and let us in, carried our suitcases up the stairs to our room. The next morning they made us a hot breakfast on their little gas stove and helped us organise the next steps of our trip.
