Lovely compact pod ideal for our overnight stay whilst waiting for our connecting flight. Bunk beds, TV, refreshments all you could ask for. The staff were super friendly. Helped us book a Grab Taxi to take us out for the afternoon into Hanoi centre. Would use again & definitely recommend to anyone who is in transit.

Could do with a sign post or directions on where to find them as we had to ask a few people. Also, there are no showers, so it's a "campers" wash in the toilets. However, the toilets were exceptionally clean. Was woken in the morning by what sounded like someone taping boxes outside our door.

It was right at the airport so that was great! I got the inside room so that gave more privacy than facing the main airport corridor. It's a neat place, the staff was nice and I arrived late at night but it was easy to find. It's good for a overnight transit when i had to be on the next flight early morning so I didn't have to leave the airport

There's no bathroom for the sleep pod. The closest bathroom is the public one down the corridor in the terminal. It's still close enough but yea. The walls were quite thin as I was able to hear the whole conversation next door was having, so for people who are light sleepers, it might not be good. But it was ok for me.

The pods are located inside the airport, just one floor below the check-in counters. There are plenty of food options in the terminal that stay open late, so you won’t go hungry. While there are no shower rooms, there’s a relatively private public toilet nearby. The pods can be rented by the hour or for a full day, like we did. They provide snacks, bottled water, a toothbrush, pillows, blankets, Wi-Fi, and even a comb. It’s a bit tight and definitely not a hotel, but if you’re looking for a place to rest inside the airport while waiting for a late flight, like we were, this is perfect. It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

No showers

We had a quick overnight flight connection in Hanoi and this option proved to be just perfect for us. Comfy beds and actually a fairly quiet nights sleep considering we were in an airport! Check in very smooth. Toilets nearby and constantly being cleaned- I think even over night?

Not much- it surpassed our expectations so that was great. We knew on advance we had to use very close by public toilets ( actually upstairs away from the airport crowds) and no showers so our expectations were well managed x if you do want a shower you can pay to use the airport lounge after check in.

Really handy place to rest found it very easily and was a sight for sore eyes when arriving in Hanoi at 2am. As a solo female traveller it was great to have a place to stay that meant I didn’t have to leave the airport at that hour in the morning. Didn’t really speak to any staff but the pod was very clean and quiet with earplugs in, would recommend

No shower or toilet you have to use the airport facilities but it is what it is!

Perfect stopover at Noi Bai Airport T2 location for short stopover for connecting flight. Quiet location. Friendly staff.

Better advertising of location. No shower facilities. There is a restroom 🚻 nearby for use.

Clean and concise sleeping pod inside the terminal (before security). Very friendly and helpful staff helped me sort through a booking error I had made. The staff warned me it could be noisy inside the cabin and gave me earplugs, but I did not find it too noisy at all. Very comfortable waiting for my early morning flight.

Pods are for sleeping so they won't have much space for huge luggage. There is a luggage storage right across the pods in case you need it.

The pods are well kept and clean. Perfect for when you have a long layover or when you have late/early flights. We managed to get a great night's sleep and woke up all refreshed. The staff on duty Ms Chen was very friendly and helpful. The restroom is right around the corner in front of the pods. How to find the pods. In T2, you get past immigration then take your bags from the lower floor and cross customs. You go back up to 2nd floor and follow signs for luggage hold. The pods are opposite to that.

The pods should have an hourly based system for rent as well. Would make it a lot more useful. The directions to the pods are lacking. There are no signs at all.

The bed was very comfortable, and the TV was a nice plus. Environment is easily controllable with the Air Conditioning in each room. Plus, there was a fan, which was nice and offered a little white noise to help me sleep. Also they left snacks and water for the stay.

There is no shower and the rest rooms are a short walk down the hallway in the airport. This was not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have a restroom facility inside the pod area. The walls are thin, so you can sometime hear wall bumps from the other guests, and any talking from people walking down the hallway in the airport. But this also wasn't a big deal for me.

We were in transit to Laos, arriving in HaNoi at 10.30 pm & flying out at noon the next day, so it wa# great not to have to leave the airport.

It would b3 great if there were shower facilities.
