Close to airport. Best service.

It's definately not in walking distance, pedestrians are not allowed in airport aerea. Reservation for pick-up mandatory. Or take electric car serving the airport, it's stop is next to bus stop 86 to Hanoi city at domestic terminal.

Everything was good, Jang was a very good and supportive woman. She helped us to available everything at a minimal price. Location close to Airport. She arranges to pick up / drop from the airport to the hotel in minimal price. I was checking in at 6am and checking out at 7pm but they charge for the day only.

The breakfast was simple but filling. The omelette roll was fresh and hot. It was good to have a piece of fruit included.

A glass beaker instead of the plastic one would be more hygienic.

Excellent internet speed. There is a very convenient explanation next to the TV, how to use different applications. They have very good selection of both local and international TV channels and with web browser we could easily watch other countries´ web-TVs. The room is very large and spacious, nicely decorated. Good shower. Always quick replays from hotel stuff as we communicated through Zalo . We got kettle right away when we asked. Hot and fresh banh mi sandwich for breakfast (but they have also some other options to choose from). Nice green banana trees behind the small window.

There was an old grandmother in the reception and it was a bit difficult to understand each other. Luckily we could communicate through Zalo with Ms Nguyen Trang, who helped us all the time. No elevator in the hotel.

We had everything we needed. Clean. Spacious room. Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything we required. Good location close to the airport.

Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, they didn't have any available.

.The price was very affordable. .The location was very close to the airport, very serene and relaxing (far, far, far away from the noise and hustle of the tourist areas). .The room was very large and luxurious. .The staff were very friendly, and (as is characteristic of Vietnamese people in general) went far out of their way to assist with any administrative tasks related to international travel. .The meals were affordable and somewhat tasty.

The room was huge, cheap, very close to the airport, restaurants and shops nearby (although other reviews pointed out there is nothing around), breakfast was delicious, staff very helpful

Very near airport with small style restaurants ans Street food just up the road.

We climbed a lot of stairs with luggage.
