The breakfast, buffet style, was complete (catering for most tastes). The omelettes to order were exactly as requested. The coffee makers made great coffee. The room was modern, well designed with a very good shower. The bed was very comfortable.

More TV station selection. Nothing to with the hotel but I don't think it's appropriate for people to sit on the floor outside their room, chatting, with their own room door wide open. I alerted staff who took appropriate action.

It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Although located next to a larger road, I couldn’t hear the cars at all. The breakfast was very focused around local food, which was delicious, but also a great variety of western goods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, etc. There was a decent pool and sufficient fitness center to keep you busy if you decide not to leave the hotel

Everything was fantastic

A business hotel with practical facilities, comfortable room, good amenities and value-for-money. The in-room dining and restaurant choices were superb. Food is wonderful, good portions and delicious. Their monthly specials are very interesting and worth to explore.

Smack in the heart of Alam Sutera, with a mall next door and restaurants across. Not many recommendations from the staff, so feel free to explore on your own. The coffee amenities is dependent on the room upgrade, so don't expect the same for different room categories.

The pool and gym were very clean with good facilities. The rooms were new and air-conditioning was strong.

The bathroom can do with a bit of bleach to clean the mould from the shower head but either than that, the bedding and room area was clean. The staff came every morning to ask if there was any laundry which I found a bit strange. It became a bit of a nuisance towards the end of our trip.

I have experienced this hotel as a fantastic, warm and beautiful hotel. Fantastic service and a great smile! The Mint & Pepper resto serves as a great breakfast room, but also for dinner or just a drink. Thanks to Pak Budi and his team. Their is also a fantastic pool. I would specifically like to thank Ms. Elsa Hindriyani and her team for taking care of cleaning my room everyday, doing the laundry and give me some extra attention to feel at home.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, there were nice events for the children to participate in.

Some minor mistakes were made but easily corrected and not an issue for me, but it could annoy a different type of customer. Some stains on the carpet but everything was cleaned regularly.

great location next to the living world mall but also opposite an open shopping and restaurant area. Great for killing a few hours. The swimming pool is one of the best in the area- better then many higher star rated hotels.

The breakfast was very good every day. Regina went out of her way to make sure we got our hot chocolate every morning. She is a hard worker, very friendly, and a great asset to your hotel.

Apparently the thermostat was either not wired correctly, or was not working. The air conditioning was either all on, or turned off. There was no ability to set a temperature. It was either very cold, or got hot in the room.

Location is excellent. There are many various restaurant around.

Choice at breakfast was limited. I miss yogurt etc. Room was clean but furniture require renovation or a touch up at least. The chair upholstery was dirty. Free wifi rather slow.
