Room was comfortable. Pools where clean and warm. There where lots of activities to do at the resort. The food was delicious and well presented. Our stay was pleasant.

The roads to the resort are bad with lots of potholes, ensure that you get there before sunset. Bathroom is abit outdated. Towels for pools where not readily available as they reached their capacity on our first night.

The resort is beautifully situated along a quiet riverbank, with plenty of natural hot springs to relax in. It also offers loads of entertainment for all ages, all on-site. Our self catering chalet was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all the essentials. Staff friendliness stood out, we experienced warm, helpful service from reception and everyone we encountered. When the convenience shop happened to be closed one day, both reception and bar staff went out of their way to assist by opening it for us, which we greatly appreciated. The spa and wellness centre were a highlight, especially the jacuzzi and hydro pool. Guests also have access to a gym, sauna and steam room. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, rounding off a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The resort does feel somewhat dated, though most facilities remain functional and serviceable. Access to the wellness centre incurs an additional fee for self catering guests, which we felt could ideally be included in the overall booking cost for a more seamless experience. Despite a wonderful spa experience, we were left slightly disappointed when the staff insisted we had already received the complimentary gifts included in our package. This was despite confirmation to the manager that we hadn't, at the time she handed the gifts to us. After checking the cameras, they confirmed the oversight and apologised - but the situation did put a damper on an otherwise relaxing visit.

We loved everything. Since we arrived at the resort, we received exceptional service, thank you to all the staff members. The pools were fantastic. Having free access to the wellness center was a bonus and my wife and enjoyed this to the fullest. The food at the restaurants were delicious and amazing. Unfortunately, we would love to come back for more stays but the condition of the roads to get there is extremely bad and dangerous.

As mentioned above, the condition of the roads to get to the resort is extremely bad and dangerous. This is a very family friendly resort therefore many guests will be traveling with their families and the risks of something happening on the roads is extremely high which could put their lives in danger. The resort should put more pressure on the municipality or take initiatives to repair the roads which will certainly bring a lot more guests to the resort.

Facilities, lots of heated pools and the hydro spa was amazing. The chalet had everything we needed thou the couches are abit uncomfortable but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back

Staff are laid back. Service was poor. They do not get back to you. I called reception and made an enquiry and never got a return call. We booked for archery at 11am. Waited outside where we were asked to wait, and no one came through. Waste of time, so we eventually got going onto other things. Restaurant has a limited breakfast buffet menu for a high price, especially if you dont eat beef or pork.

The food..yummy. The chefs took time to come and greet the guests. The pools are clean and welll looked after. We spent all 3 days literally in the pools. The hot pools were so soothing. Braai facilities are a cherry on top. Games room is well looked after and clean

The attitude of the security guard upon our arrival. He wanted me to open my car window during a heavy rain. He didn't even carry an umbrella. I had to get out of the car and follow him to the security shelter in order for me to get the gate pass. Reception was not so friendly as well. Ernest in the main dining was so unfriendly he looked like he was angry. We felt like we were bothering him. This unfriendliness goes down to the Spa employees. I knew immediately I wasn't going to book a massage

The natural hot springs are thought to bring a natural cure for all kinds of ills, including gout and constipation! While I didn't stay long enough to soak in the springs to see if the health claims are true or not, our 2 nights were filled with the most excellent hospitality and delicious food! The chef and team are amazing as are the staff looking after us during our stay. I spoke with a number of the team and they shared with me what supportive managers they have at the resort. Even though we were out of season we loved the facilities, the pool, mini golf and the peaceful wellness centre.

The whole place is a little tired and needs some investment in renewing furnishings and decor. However, this didn't take away from the enjoyment of the visit and the excellent staff!

I loved the pools, activities (quardbike and the guys on the zip line are very friendly and they made us very comfortable) and the room smelled really fresh and the property was very clean

Breakfast was a 7/10.. Chefs really need to put on some work in the kitchen and if they’d add more fresh fruits for breakfast in the morning. Yea the other things were just fine and the muffins were very hard

Hot spring Pool was amazing. Breakfast was good. Dinner didnt seem like the usual variety of the Dec holiday we spent there...so it was a bit pricey...small range of dessert. Food was good. Breakfast was good. Facilities are very good. Staff are exceptional...especially waitering staff.

Spa needs to have a step ladder to get onto therapy beds. It was very diffcult for old people. Few vegetarian options..that don't include soya. Fires need to be kept going late into the evening so guests can enjoy the lounges. Fires were fizzling out and we had to leave. Pool tables do not work...that was disappointing.

We have been to Natal Spa on every father's day weekend for the past 10 years. We know most of the staff for many years and every one of them have always been friendly and welcoming. They have always been ready to assist and go the extra mile. It is a beautiful place with a variety of activities for the kids.

Electricity outages, generators are switched off from midnight to 5am. In winter this is a problem because heater cannot be used.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They're very attentive towards guests needs and well being. Check in was smooth. Housekeeping kept our room neat and tidy all the time. I reported an issue in our room and it was sorted immediately. Good Braai facilities. Pools and supertube👌. Excellent Atmosphere

Breakfast and dinner buffet menu a little limiting towards none pork and none beef eaters. A little more variety would be nice.
