The hotel is a short walk from town and close to the lake. The hotel itself is very clean and seems newly renovated. We visited during the first weekend of the busy season but there was still ample parking for our rental car. The entire staff was so friendly, happy and cheerful. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back.

No complaints. It was perfect!

I did not expect much, but hotel was extremely decent: a garage for bicycles, nice breakfast in sunny hall, kind staff, very close to heurigers in the city center from one hand and to the see on the other. Air conditioner, beautiful blooming chestnut tree outside the window. We have to come back!

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast had good variety (even for vegetarians) and was delicious. When we stayed at this hotel there was ample parking, which is a must given how far Rust is from Vienna/the airport. We liked that the hotel was close to the FamilyPark amusement park (5-10 minutes drive). The hotel and the small town (Rust) are nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday (which is exactly what we were looking for).

As others have mentioned: the bathroom door is a sliding door that does not close properly, therefore, you can hear everything that is happening in the bathroom. Also, the family room had a tiny closet and we ended up keeping the clothes in our bags/trollers.

Very pleasant staff, very clean and fresh hotel with interesting and unique decor. Delightfully quiet at night. Good size car park so parking is not an issue. Broad selection of items at the buffet breakfast with outdoor seating available if the weather is good enough.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with many fresh products, such as regional fruit juices from local farmers. We felt very comfortable.

Nice interior decor, good breakfast, convenient location and friendly staff. Special gratitude goes to Lisa from the reception. Nice nature around and the opportunity to sit outside at the hotel’s terrace.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean, lovely bedrooms, great location, perfect breakfast, great night’s sleep! Easy parking, could not fault the hotel at all. 10/10!

Absolutely nothing!!

We have been staying here for about 6 years now every year for a couple days. Always nice and a pleasure to stay here, comfortable, nice staff, great breakfast and very clean rooms.

Very clean and functional room, modern clean. Need nothing else, really?

A small fridge would be cool and there would be room behind the divider. Rust is a sleep town and restaurant, especially still at this time of the year have erratic open times and in general close early!

Great breakfast, very nice location close to the city centre as well as to the lake. Nice seating outside, good coffee. Large parking facilities.

Slight noise coming from the room upstairs.
