My wife and I originally booked three nights in a Junior King Suite and loved the entire experience so much we ended up staying 16 nights. The Junior Suite is huge and avails access to the beautiful and quiet Club level on the top floor for complimentary afternoon tea and Happy Hour, both of which offer excellent foods. The breakfast buffet selection and quality are terrific. To top it off, staff are extremely accommodating. Specifically, Mark Ma at the front desk and Tiffany Yang on Club Level were truly outstanding. An ample array of shopping, restaurants and parks are all close by. We are already planning our return to this terrific property.

Nothing. It was one of the finest overall experiences we have had across our extensive travels.

Loved the spacious layout of the room and bathroom, quality amenities especially the high altitude chinese herbs and the oxygen canister was a big plus!

The room cleaning when later than usual time was not great: didn't empty trash, clean cups, nor changed dirty pillow case. Only hid the pillow in the cupboard!

Most importantly, it's a great location with all the action just across the road, with an underpass right out-front. The hotel easily lives up to it's five star rating, and would have to be one of the cheapest five star hotels I've been in anywhere.

The rooms are very spacious. Many facilities, like shopping malls and shops are nearby. The staff is great, making the stay very pleasant.

The breakfast is a bit expensive and has to be ordered in advance, if you don't want to pay double the price.

Beautiful hotel very clean and comfortable.

The toilet paper is not good very hard.

The entire trip was wonderful from start to finish.

Let's make it simple... Most comfortable bed I ever had in China 🙂✨

Good Food variety

Room was comfortable and clean.

The Breakfast was not good organized. In the morning after opening of the Restaurant a lot of things wasnt finished prepared and missing.

In this hotel everything is perfect. Managemnet's work is wonderful. The managers helped me a lot. Food is amazing both breakfast and dinner. Western food is really nice. The room is the most comfortable room I have ever seen. Bathroom is big and beautiful. The view from the window - the night city is romantic and nice. The cleaning service is perfect. Everyone is polite and well-bread. The workers speak English and even Russian language. Recommend this place to all my friends.
