The whole property is stunning, from cozy rooms to the beautiful garden. We enjoyed lounging in the shade of the trees, as well as making use of the sauna and spa. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to David at reception who truly went above and beyond to help me sort out a birthday cake for my partner. As I don't speak much French, David helped me call the bakery and explain what I needed. He made sure everything was on time, and the cake was perfect - thank you so much, five stars to David!

The restaurant has limited capacity for meals outside breakfast and required booking much in advance which wasn't always possible due to our plans changing. Taxis also need to be booked well in advance and were sometimes late.

After a 2½ year renovation, this hotel has created a beautifully designed haven of comfort in these ancient grounds. The decor is modern yet warm, the staff are friendly, the food very yummy (have at least one dinner onsite, you won't regret it) and the grounds and old buildings are gorgeous. Breakfast is copious and included in the price, which is the exception rather than the rule these days. We also had spa treatments (massages and facials) which the team executed with perfection.

For the price p/night, the (new, clean and comfy) rooms are decidedly small. We booked a double room with balcony in the new part, it was difficult to move around or arrange luggage for 2 people and the balcony did not have any chairs to sit on. Note that the spa facilities, although brand-new and beautiful, are small too: the sauna and hammam can only accommodate 2 people at a time, and there's no indoor pool or jacuzzi.

Breakfast was lovely, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends!

Few downsides to note, only that we could've used more pillows on the bed, the rooms were a bit spartan, and we encountered an enormous spider on our bed one night. But minor things in the context of a great stay!

Staff were friendly on arrival and helpful during our stay. The breakfast spread was really good. Our room was in an older section of the building which entailed hauling heavy bags up old staircases. It looked out over a terrace and gardens. Hotel is tucked away down some country the lanes and was nice and quiet while we were there.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful and relaxed location in the Golf of Morbihan, very good restaurant, nice SPA, friendly staff :-)

The rooms in the newer buildings are a bit disappointing, no real cupboards, “cheap” looking lights and old fashioned carpet :-(

The location is just exceptional in the middle of a generous nature (river, horses, wood …) but next to a living city center of Le Bono (3 min by car to supermarket, resto…). Very well connected to Vannes. Car is a must. The hotel has been newly renovated with a lot of taste and the staff is doing its best to meet guest expectations and needs.

Rooms might be a bit dark in the modern part.

Wonderful place for family holiday with tenis court and nice pool , ping pong , horse back riding, movie outside sometimes and lots of activities for everyone.The menu is great too! I highly recommend when travelling with children. The spa and massage are great

Great location, very green and quiet; very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfasts and comfortable beds. Everything is very new and clean.

There is no air conditioning and you have only one (balcony) widnow in the room that can only fully closed or fully opened (no tilt option). The room and the bathroom are rather small.

Location, historical building and how it was renovated, breakfast, all the activities you can do on site as well, the spa, having a pool, charging station for electric cars, nice cocktail bar.

Dinner menu a bit limited in my opinion. No AC. We had beautiful weather and it was too worm in the room.

Almost everything was more than perfect, beds were comfy, everything was so clean and breakfast was super good. The hotel and its garden are breathtaking beautiful

There was no window to open, so we had to leave the door to the balcony open at night.
