Very spacious rooms, neat and clean hotel . There was a separate space for hanging clothes and keeping luggage. Very big washrooms, very big rooms. The staff was nice. Norma who was the boss at reception was extremely helpful. She went out of the way to help. Norma and Aline were very nice, good English speaking staff. Rest all staff was cooperative from top to bottom. The experience inside the hotel was good.

The location has an advance that it was just a road cross from Pino Suarez metro station however the area was grey at night. They didn't have any options for dinner specially for vegetarian. There were no good hotels in the immediate surroundings.

Good location for walk to zocalo

Rude airport taxi driver. 10 pm Airport taxi left us in a dark street at the back of the hotel instead of driving in the parking lot .3 suitcases , 300 ft from the front dest out of sight. . At night from parking only entrance by car front desj has no signs. Scary for foreignors .airport taxi was the problem here. The hotel should complain to the airport . They sell all the taxi fares. Taxi driver demanded a tip. This is more a taxi driver complaint here. For the hotel to complain about airport taxi drivers.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big with very comfortable beds. My room for the first couple of days was noisy so no problem moving to a much quieter one. The location of the hotel is good and walkable to most tourist attractions and restaurants.

Water pressure for showers seems to vary in different rooms, but I asked for another change of rooms and water pressure much better. Ongoing water problem in Mexico City and same in other hotels to some degree.

Everything it's close to everything metro ,zocalo shops food etc this is not my forts time at this hotel and I've recommended many times

They need do not disturb signs. And they need to have better mirrors in Sink area mirrors were dark hard to fix your self without good mirrors .

Sandy (working at the Front Desk reception) was wonderful. She was attentive, knowledgeable and her English was perfect. She helped me and advised me during my 3 day stay in Mexico City and helped me get taxis where necessary. The hotel was lovely – a really good large spacious room. Very clean and well looked after. Only problem was that as a tourist and a solo female traveller, I was told by taxi driver and receptionists, it was not a good idea to walk around the area when dark which did limit me slightly when wanting to walk back from the zocalo (approx. 10 mins away) and advised to use taxis. The area is safe but only locals live there and hence not used to tourists in the location and which was why I was given the warning. However during the day/in the evenings, there is a really good flea market with good street food throughout the day. Thank you to Sandy and other receptionists for a welcoming stay in CDMX.

Shower not so good – there was hot water but minimal water coming out of shower head and sink. Location is 10 mins walk from zocalo however not a tourist area and limited slightly as a solo female traveller

Very big and spacious room, nice bathroom with a shower, a big wardrobe. Very central location and available breakfast.

The surrounding of the hotel is a bit dangerous especially during evening

Central, clean and great value for money!

The Doors towards the corridor are not very soundproof, for light sleepers I recommend ear plugs.

It was pretty close from downtown and pretty spacious to meet your stay needs

It’s near a flea market and the smell of sewage tubing system and rotten food as well

Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Awesome location - walking distance to the historical center and museums.
