Beautiful property, stunning views from everywhere, feels very private and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything is very clean, reception staff always nice. Food in the restaurant was good.

Although all staff members seem to be very nice and try to be helpful, service is often lacking. It seems like there’s a lot of people, and they are busy but waiters are struggling to remember orders (we almost never got our orders without couple of items missing), bath robes and glasses in the room never got replenished (we had to ask), dishes from room service were left by the door for days. Most staff doesn’t speak English, so it is hard to communicate. There were stray cats in the breakfast area, not always pleasant when you’re eating, especially the smell.

The sea view room was spacious, offering excellent views from the balcony. We celebrated my sister’s birthday and they provided us with a wonderful setup upon checkin. The guest relations team Eda and Yasemin consistently delivered an exceptional service to ensure our stay was delightful.

While restaurants offer excellent views, great ambiance and exceptional service, the food could’ve been executed better. It’s a bummer when most items from the menu at the Beach Hill restaurant were not satisfactory. The selection at the breakfast buffet which was included in the stay only included eggs station, salad & fruits, cereal and desserts — it could benefit from adding more international options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Serene Luxury Hotel in Bodrum, and it was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The location was stunning — nestled along the coastline with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, especially at sunset. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay, the service was consistently professional yet warm. Whether it was housekeeping, restaurant staff, or reception, everyone made an effort to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering both modern amenities and local charm. The balcony overlooking the sea was perfect . Overall, this hotel provided an excellent balance of luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Bodrum , special thanks to Seher who was very nice and helped us a lot to enjoy our memorable stay . .

From the monent we entered the lobby I knew my decision to book Sirene Luxury Hotel was a great choice! Ulpon arrival we were met by a very welcoming staff. And within minutes we were approached by Guest Services. Aida, was there to attend to all our requests and she did this flawlessly! The hotel is expansive but it feels more llike a boutique hotel - the staff is so warm and friendly making our stay very warm and cozy! We cannot wait to go back soon! The location, the room, the food, the spa and gym met all of our expectations and then some

Well, the place, the room, the pools, the beach and the restaurant including the food were perfect. The staff was also great, except the housekeeping woman.

I didn’t like the fact that they had overcharged us with some extras from the mini bar which we didn’t even touch. Anyway, after arguing with the staff, they gave me back the amount that was charged. So you should pay attention to the mini bar and also read twicely the receipts. - another unpleasant thing was the cleaning in our room. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Only the sheets were done but that was all. I asked the housekeeping if she can vacuum the floor, and she said she did, but there was clear she didn’t, and she also answered in a rude way, even though I ve asked her politely. Despite all these facts, everything was great. PS: always put your money and valuables in the safe-deposit box.

The room is spacious and very nice decoration We order a side view sea but it was barely side view make sure if you want side view to choose rooms in floor 6 or 7 Breakfast was great Location is good you need a Taxi to reach the marina Staff were fabulous and so supportive The services the bell man all were great The beach is wonderful amazing and the beach restaurant has very nice food, prices were ok The sea front is nice you have to know that next to the bridge is the place were you can get into the sea without stones and it is better to bring the sea shoes The views are marvelous

I absolutely loved my stay at Sirene Luxury Hotel. I went to celebrate my birthday and they made sure it was a memorable experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I especially want to thank the team at the front desk, more specifically Eda. She was very helpful and attentive to all our needs, from taxis, to recommendations, she is the best! The food is very good, the breakfast and room service was delicious. My favorite part of the room was the view- it was incomparable, sunset on the balcony of the room was unbeatable. I will definitely be going back to the hotel!

The access to the beach of the hotel is a bit complicated and the service at the beach was a bit slow because there was no one there, but other than that the stay was perfect!

Everything was perfect: Cleanliness: 200% Staff: respectful, helpful and so friendly. Location: 11 minutes away from the marina. Rooms: spacious spacious spacious luxurious. Food: AMAZING Beach: always ready for you with excellent bar service food and beverages. I truly can't fault it. Special thanks to Mr. Ender the concierge. Did a lot for us with reservations even on last minute. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmet the chauffeur, Mr. Ahmet would take you to the real Bodrum city, the villages the history the mountains. Without his recommendations we wouldn't have seen that part of Bodrum.

A stand out for me was I was recording course curriculum and the room was so big I set up a full recording studio in the room. Which is amazing when you think about it. Perks are gorgeous rooms and property, lovely grounds, fabulous ambiance in the restaurants. Memet is such a sweetheart in the restaurant and Anna on reception was wonderfully helpful.

That for the price you are paying, things like teas and coffees and minibar are not included. it seems this property wants to charge you for every incidental detail. unfortunate because otherwise it’s quite dreamy.
