This was our second visit to Vega. We stayed in the apartments. It seems to be hit and miss as to the standard of your accommodation! The facilities are basic, there is an under counter fridge and hob with 2 rings. Perfect for basic self catering. The view, swimming pool and beach area are however stunning. Each of the apartments has a large balcony where you can eat and have sundowners with an out of this world view. Gumusluk is not far away (a taxi or car ride) and well worth a visit, as is yalikavak, if you want to see how the other half live .

Apartments could benefit from some improvements (cooking equipment. Restaurant / pool bar menu not great, and expensive.

The facility has amazing views, ocean and pool was great, the facility was not crowded which is wonderful. The food was also good, staff were accommodating in the restaurant area. The reception personnel Necip was also very nice and helped us with carrying our bags the day we checked in. This property was cost efficient for the view and the area we stayed in. Our family enjoyed the trip overall as we were able to stay together in the suite. We would certainly consider returning for a future stay, especially if some of the improvements recommended below are completed.

Everything is additional cost, towels for the beach had to be paid for washing fee, all drinks and food was not included, not even the tea was complimentary, the pool closed very early, the property is on a very big hill, there is tremendous amount of walking and climbing stairs, the golf carts that carry you do not work early or late hours so we had to carry all our luggage, the suites are very basic, no washer dryer, no dish soap or towels, no decorations, also when we asked for laundry service, it was expensive and the clothes were brought wet not dried. The suites also need some TLC, the shower wand kept falling, the patio door was not able to be locked etc. Wifi only works if you are near the pool rooms not the suites.

The apartments are absolutely stunning and an excellent view of the sea from all points. The staff were beyond incredible and helped us every step of our journey. You definitely need to rent a car for this area in my opinion as there are many hills so even a short walk takes a long time.

Everything was amazing, The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were thinking that its a simple hotel but it was stunning, the sceneries and the sea side and the rooms were spectacular. Breakfast was set menu and very varied and authentic Turkish breakfast.We also ordered from the pool bar and the food was delicious. We were me , my husband and our 8 months old, It was my baby’s first time swimming ever and I was so happy that there‘s a baby pool in the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Vega aparts and we‘ll definitely come back again. Also hotel location is amazing very close to Gumusluk which is the best place in Bodrum.

Pool was freezing, but I appreciate it’s towards the end of the season. Beach bar closed, which again was probably because it was towards the end of the season.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment at the top of the hill. Views were stunning, though it is a bit of hike up and down to the beach. This was not an issue for us and we definitely got our steps in. The location is secluded, which we loved as we were only interested in relaxing this trip. Having a private beach was great as it meant we didn't have to leave the resort. Staff friendly and helpful Would definitely stay here again.

Property is amazing, mesmerizing views, spectacular sunsets. All staff is very professional and helpful. From Mr. Burak (Property Manager), the front desk personnel to the pool and beach staff are all very nice and ready go above and beyond to assist you in the best possible manner to ensure your comfort.

I did not like that I went to this resort alone and couldn't share the amazing experience with a significant other. That's my only regret about the place.

A beautiful place to stay but if you plan to go there i’d say you definitely need a car to move. It’s isolated from accommodation but it’s worth it.

The restaurant staff were unprofessional . The more days you are having , the smaller your breakfast is becoming. Some of the restaurant staff were super rude. It’s a beautiful stay to stay in. But they definitely need to train the restaurant’s staff to show respect.

The view from the apartment was great. Also the pool area and beach area had amazing views. The area is really quiet, so no noise and only nature sounds in the evening. We rented a car, which is necessary on this location, as everything is pretty far away. The apartment got cleaned daily and we got fresh towels every day as well.

The food in the restaurant wasn't great, especially compared to some of the amazing restaurants in the surroundings. Also, the bedroom didn't have aircon but we kept the door to the living room open and could cool the bedroom down that way so it was not really an issue.

Having a pool and the ocean was amazing. Didn’t like the fact we got yelled at for eating snacks when we were down at the ocean swimming. We also got charged for towel rental when we thought it was just part of the stay. There’s a convenient elevator to get down to the beach and back up to the pool area. Place is basic but great for the value. I would Definitely consider renting a car unless you’re planning on staying at the resort only as it’s far from town.
