Beautiful property, stunning views from everywhere, feels very private and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything is very clean, reception staff always nice. Food in the restaurant was good.

Although all staff members seem to be very nice and try to be helpful, service is often lacking. It seems like there’s a lot of people, and they are busy but waiters are struggling to remember orders (we almost never got our orders without couple of items missing), bath robes and glasses in the room never got replenished (we had to ask), dishes from room service were left by the door for days. Most staff doesn’t speak English, so it is hard to communicate. There were stray cats in the breakfast area, not always pleasant when you’re eating, especially the smell.

Extremely over priced, they charge everything from poolside to restaurants in €, and the prices are very unreasonable. Can of coke was 9€. Simple cocktails were approx 26€. Small bowl of hot chips was approx 30€. It was cheaper for us to jump into a taxi, head to yalikavak marina eat at fine restaurants enjoy dessert, and drinks and get a ride back to the hotel for a fraction of what it would have cost at the hotel. Had i known the they were charging ridiculously inflated prices for food and beverages i would have reconsidered my stay at this hotel. also doesn’t sit right with me that the hotel charges € and the prices they do and pay their staff in Turkish Lira.

Honestly, our stay at Sirene Luxury Hotel Bodrum was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! 🌟 The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always smiling. Anything we needed was taken care of quickly and professionally. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, super clean, and the sea view was breathtaking. Every detail was well thought-out, and we truly felt relaxed and pampered the entire time. A big thank you to the whole team — everyone was amazing. And a very special thanks to Sahar and Eda for their warm hospitality, kind attitude, and exceptional service. You truly made our stay extra special — thank you from the heart! ❤️

The sea view room was spacious, offering excellent views from the balcony. We celebrated my sister’s birthday and they provided us with a wonderful setup upon checkin. The guest relations team Eda and Yasemin consistently delivered an exceptional service to ensure our stay was delightful.

While restaurants offer excellent views, great ambiance and exceptional service, the food could’ve been executed better. It’s a bummer when most items from the menu at the Beach Hill restaurant were not satisfactory. The selection at the breakfast buffet which was included in the stay only included eggs station, salad & fruits, cereal and desserts — it could benefit from adding more international options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Serene Luxury Hotel in Bodrum, and it was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The location was stunning — nestled along the coastline with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, especially at sunset. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay, the service was consistently professional yet warm. Whether it was housekeeping, restaurant staff, or reception, everyone made an effort to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering both modern amenities and local charm. The balcony overlooking the sea was perfect . Overall, this hotel provided an excellent balance of luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Bodrum , special thanks to Seher who was very nice and helped us a lot to enjoy our memorable stay . .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel I would definitely stay again. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. And especially Mohammed and Essa who really got on well with my son Kairo. My son also loved the kids club although some days he was the only child, he did not seem to mind. Beautiful beach area and pool area. It was a quiet hotel but just what I wanted. I had a lovely treatment in the beautiful spa and the hotel rooms were so beautiful and spacious. There was lots of options for breakfast however a bit disappointed as there wasn’t much English/american breakfast options. Apart from that we all loved our stay and already thinking about coming back next summer. Thanks!

It was an amazing experience at the heart of Bodrum/Yalikavak. Great staff, everybody was extremely welcoming and friendly, thanks to the hotel manager. The staff were looking clean and neat. Altough our booking was partial sea view, we were granted full sea view, which was a very nice gesture and we were simlpy fond of it. Hotel was quite as well. The beach and the sea is so nice, you feel safe all around. There is also staff at the beach side to help you with towels and you can order snacks/drinks at anytime. We were staying between 11-15 July at room number 509. And our rating is 9 out of 10. And we will surely come back again! Thanks for all Sirene team!! Very welldone!!

Breakfast variety can be more attractive.

The staff were excellent: very friendly and always attentive and quick to help (possibly the best service I’ve encountered). Room was spacious with gorgeous views. Great facilities: spa, gym, reformer machine, salon on site. Beautiful beach deck and excellent beachside food.

There were some issues with the room although they were fixed quickly (the shower lever was so stiff we couldn’t operate it, the ac wasn’t cooling as it should, the curtains came off the railings). There were some minor issues also like the the weighing scale in the bathroom wasn’t working. They should do thorough room checks before the guests move in as you don’t want to be complaining about things when on holiday.

Well, the place, the room, the pools, the beach and the restaurant including the food were perfect. The staff was also great, except the housekeeping woman.

I didn’t like the fact that they had overcharged us with some extras from the mini bar which we didn’t even touch. Anyway, after arguing with the staff, they gave me back the amount that was charged. So you should pay attention to the mini bar and also read twicely the receipts. - another unpleasant thing was the cleaning in our room. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Only the sheets were done but that was all. I asked the housekeeping if she can vacuum the floor, and she said she did, but there was clear she didn’t, and she also answered in a rude way, even though I ve asked her politely. Despite all these facts, everything was great. PS: always put your money and valuables in the safe-deposit box.
