The room was extremely clean and the cleaning personnel were extremely careful. They did an excellent job every day. The staff at the desk was terrific too and extremely helpful despite the fact I do not speak Spanish. It is a hotel for couples and I would not recommend you to bring your children. Few restaurants and facilities are very close and with 5 minutes walking you will have access to more. I used a Uber every day to go to the Historical City and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. However, you can take the bus. Very convenient location. No AC in my room.

I liked everything.

We were at first a little scared by some of the reviews about the love hotel but we stayed here for over a month and it was great! The hotel is located in a good place for exploring the city on foot: you can walk to both Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe or the center (plaza de las tres culturas is one of the closest attractions) and getting to the Metropolitan cathedral takes less than an hour. There are some nice restaurants across the street, as well as Walmart and a few Oxxos not far from the place. The cleaning ladies are nice and they always left shampoo and soap for us to use.

Sometimes we heard some noise from other rooms and the firecrackers outside during the holidays scared me in the morning

I liked the layout of the room and the modern decorating theme. I really enjoyed being in secure room, considering the neighborhood is a little dangerous.

The only thing I recommend is to reconfigure your WIFI, since I had issues in the 3 rooms that I stayed in. Overall, I think maybe it's the cable provider Totalplay, since I had had really terrible service with them before and I believe that IZZI and Telmex are much better!

Minor observation was: You can hear noise from other rooms, as the walls don’t block sound well. The vault wasn’t working. While the staff’s English was limited, they were helpful and able to follow instructions.

The neighborhood is not the best, but everything is in walking distance, specially metrobus station. rooms are small but enough for short stay. lady cleaner is polite and helpful. the man at night reception always greeted us with warm smile.

no kettle at room. noise from other rooms. small rooms are really hot during the day.

Clean room,one free bottle of water, good wifi,good position to visit city center and reach airport by metro. Supermarket nearby.

I had a good sleep, but at 7:00 people were talking loudly on the corridor so i woke up. I suppose they were people working in the hotel.

Bargain and very clean. Staff is always nice. Good location to mass transit without the over crowded scenes of other areas. Bonus: great food at near by Mercado Beethoven
