The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They had a separate pool for people whose staying overnight. Breakfast was great had a few choices. Staff were very helpful when we asked to upgrade our room. Our new room was clean and tidy, dust free.

Had to upgrade our room as the hut were too hot to stay in (we were not accustomed to the heat). The toilets were behind the hut as well and it was quite noisy as there were other guests. There was no hot water. The shower had limescales as well. There was a cabinet under the sunk without a door, could do with a refurb.

The 3 swimming pools (one exclusively for overnight guests) were delightful, clean, and refreshing. The outdoor eating/sitting areas were comfortable and clean, and the meals were nicely prepared. The a/c in the room was excellent, and the room with a private bath just off the pools was very convenient.

The location is an adventure! Driving down very narrow roads by the canal, winding this way and that, never sure if Google maps had it correct. But we got there. It is truly an oasis in the midst of rural/urban/ Tarlac.

Plants and pools! Usually peaceful and quieter than most urban hotels. Staff were nice and helpful—thank you!

It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s also what makes it more peaceful! One issue—some of the staff would sit and smoke for hours near the overnight guest’s pool. Sometimes I would have to stay in my room to avoid breathing smoke!

The staff were amazing & incredibly accomodating. The pool, bar & general overall ambience of the property was incredible! We loved staying. The little hygiene kit was fantastic. The breakfast was also great.

Would be great to have a little blanket as an option but honestly we had such a fantastic stay.

The only thing we didn't like was our dinner. Ordered Pork Adobo and liempo that tasted too salty. I think they should do a taste test before serving them. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly and they maintained the cleanliness of the place really well. The food they serve is reasonably priced. Toiletries were provided as well and the WiFi was faster than I expected.

The comfort room cleanliness has room for improvements. Some lights were not working either and there were no hand soaps, hot water, etc. The room was a bit too cramped for me (I bumped my head a lot of times) and I'm average height. A chair would've been nice :)

The room is made of wood so footsteps from the room in the 2nd level can be heard in the morning!

The staff are warm, accommodating and polite.They even gave me achara (pickled papaya) as a take-home present.
