I always try to choose Best Westerns because the rooms are comfortable and clean, the utilities work, the locations are good, and they have full breakfasts. This particular location in Hines was just fine. Many stores and gas stations were nearby.

The only thing in my room was lack of enough lamps! There should be one next to the bed. Otherwise you have to turn off the lights and get in bed in the dark, and cannot read in bed very well.

The pool and hot tub were delightful, and we had both all to ourselves. The room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was worth getting up for! Staff were kind and helpful, very personable, and willing to help at any time of day or night.

The bathroom fan was quite loud, so it disturbed others when we used the bathroom during the night. The sink had a slight drip, but not loud, so it wasn't a problem while we were sleeping.

Location. Staff. Quietness. Breakfast.

Price of the room for a midweek stay in Burns is ludicrous. If work was not picking up the tab, I would not have made the booking. You need to get maintenance to address the fridge opening. It's too tall for the unit/cabinet that it's housed in, so you crush your fingers every time you go to open it. Outward handle would work better than the "grab the top lip and pull" mechanism.

We have stayed at R&R's many times through the years on our way to Idaho and Utah to visit family. We tried another motel in Burns once and were very disappointed. At R&R's we know we can expect a clean room and great breakfast and courteous staff. We don't use the pool but in earlier years when our children were young.

First floor entry from parking lot to our room. Laundry facilities exceptional. Old Chicago restaurant attached to hotel was very convenient and a surprise amenity. Hotel appeared to be undergoing repairs or upgrade at the time of our visit but it did interfere with our stay.

Breakfast was well done. We had a comfortable, peaceful sleep. The facility did a great job of accommodating a number of people who were affected by local flooding. It was safe, quiet, and clean.

the hostesses checked me in last night. what an amazing woman!!! she took the time to tell me all about the property, and even made a dinner recommendation!! I’ve never meet a nicer hotel receptionist/ hostesses!! she truly cares about people!!

Staff did an excellent job setting up breakfast. Very clean and ample breakfast choices.

Carpet in traveled hallways worn. Brick in entry hallway covered in paint drops.

The room was clean upon arrival. Great location to stay while passing through. Close to food and gas.

It was a bit expensive for a simple place to sleep while passing through.

The hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic (hot breakfast with a variety of choices)!

Vending machines were very limited and seemed expensive.
