The pool and hot tub were delightful, and we had both all to ourselves. The room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was worth getting up for! Staff were kind and helpful, very personable, and willing to help at any time of day or night.

The bathroom fan was quite loud, so it disturbed others when we used the bathroom during the night. The sink had a slight drip, but not loud, so it wasn't a problem while we were sleeping.

Location. Staff. Quietness. Breakfast.

Price of the room for a midweek stay in Burns is ludicrous. If work was not picking up the tab, I would not have made the booking. You need to get maintenance to address the fridge opening. It's too tall for the unit/cabinet that it's housed in, so you crush your fingers every time you go to open it. Outward handle would work better than the "grab the top lip and pull" mechanism.

We have stayed at R&R's many times through the years on our way to Idaho and Utah to visit family. We tried another motel in Burns once and were very disappointed. At R&R's we know we can expect a clean room and great breakfast and courteous staff. We don't use the pool but in earlier years when our children were young.

the hostesses checked me in last night. what an amazing woman!!! she took the time to tell me all about the property, and even made a dinner recommendation!! I’ve never meet a nicer hotel receptionist/ hostesses!! she truly cares about people!!

The room was clean upon arrival. Great location to stay while passing through. Close to food and gas.

It was a bit expensive for a simple place to sleep while passing through.

The hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic (hot breakfast with a variety of choices)!

Vending machines were very limited and seemed expensive.

Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, have the good shampoo and conditioner . Best hotel in this small Town

Nothing it was great

The breakfast was terrific. It reminded me of the bounty and freedom we knew before the WuhFlu lockdowns came along. Great variety, self service, and open seating. The meal was sufficient to fuel us for the last 350 miles to home.

I can’t think of a single thing. The breakfast left me with a great taste in my mouth for the whole establishment. If I must dredge up a complaint to satisfy your rating service, then I would have liked plain unsugared yogurt to have been included among the vast selection of flavors that were made available to us. Now, are you satisfied???

Location is convenient, staff very friendly, and good breakfast.
