Location is excellent and easy to find/access. Staff is excellent and very friendly...even the cleaning staff smiled and said hello to us. Room was clean. Bathroom & bed were clean and comfortable. Nice, spacious area for breakfast with a lot of variety to eat. Did not use the pool but it looked clean and we liked the fact that there is space around the pool with tables, etc.

The only thing we didn't like were the "eggs" - it seemed pretty obvious that they were an instant egg mix of some sort. Not very tasty, a bit on the rubbery tough side. Ended up throwing most of what we took away - pretty unpalatable.

Bed was very comfortable.. Breakfast was in luded and very good. Only stayed one night...too tired to use the heayed pool and hot tub...everything was very clean and well maintained. Has a nice refrigerator.

Pillows were too high, gave me a crick in the neck. Would also have appreciated additional blankets in the room.

Needs bigger parking... we have a really big truck lol not the hotels fault at all ... and I'm old and don't like to walk far .. a elevator would have been cool too .. but the hotel is beautiful and the staff was AWESOME

The facility was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. We asked for two rooms close to each other on the first floor, and that request was granted! The staff was exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly.

This was a great value stay. It was very clean, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, it was nice to have the full day hot drink bar. The rooms aren't the most updated, but it was all in great shape.

Reception staff were very helpful. I stayed when there were local wildfires and the staff assisted me in finding the best driving route for the next day. I was en-route to Boise from northern California, so the location was perfect in terms of splittin-up my journey.

Second stay here in a week. The second story room was quieter, and the beds did not squeak like the previous beds. The AC was wonderful. Many people chose to eat complimentary breakfast and staff did her very best to keep up with replacing foods/drinks as they emptied.

The location had easy access. The facility was clean. It smelled a little of plastic or something on arrival, which was my only complaint. I think there had been some floor work done, so I imagine that will fade quickly. The staff was efficient and friendly and check in was quick with no hitches. The pool area was really nice (a bit like a sauna on walking in) and the pool was barely cool and not at all cold which was perfect. Breakfast was good: fruit, 2 types of cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, instant oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, english muffins, etc. It was a good selection. Low flow shower, but it works and the temps were easy to control.

My only complaint was the plastic smell which I think will be temporary, most likely.

I left at 5:00 AM but staff had most of the breakfast already set. Much appreciated and morning staff was very pleasant.

Pillows have more stuffing than I need or want. Standard feature, I know, but can induce gagging, with me.

The front desk staff woman was EXCELLENT, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and comfortable, be and furniture comfortable and clean, breakfast plentiful for all. Best place to stay in comparison to most anywhere.
