Property was clean, beds were fresh and overall staff were quite accommodating.

The continental breakfast was rather poor. Both coffee dispensers were empty with no effort by staff to replenish them. The electronic coffee dispenser stopped the option of various types of coffee and was limited to flavoured coffee or hot chocolate. At 8:30 (the breakfast goes to 10am) there were zero potatoes, a few warm sausages in addition to fresh ones that were not preheated (they were cold as the fridge to touch) and the staff added eggs that were very cold. Needless to say to say we packed our bags, got a hot coffee from the local Tim Hortons and headed back to Edmonton where we enjoyed a wonderful brunch.

The included breakfast was exceptional from the usual cereals,oatmeal, egg,bacon,pancakes,fruit and pastries to fresh same morning baked bread muffins and scones. The multi blended and flavoured coffee machine was also a real treat. The staff were awesome.

The maintenance is a little lacking, It appears the person responsible for the upkeep is not to handy. Room 212 the bathroom fan cover was held up with black tape, Drill a couple of holes and two screws would have stopped it hanging up there, The tape let go on the one side constantly. No light bulb in the fixture over the sink made shaving more difficult.

While in route and booking on the road from the car I somehow booked a duplicate room,the property was very responsive and ensured that they cxl the duplicate reservation on their end.Additionally, the associates accepted a very late check in at 3AM in the morning and gave us 1 hour late check out the next day.The room was very clean and comfortable, and staff was polite and pleasant to deal with.Would definitely stay again.

I loved the breads , the baked goods! Kudos to the baker! Comfortable bed and pillows. Washroom was maintained and clean. Like the DVD option. Staff were friendly. . Maintain the Great service !

They run out of eggs for my 2 entire breakfast days? Food ordering projection fails! Good thing they have bacon . Old blue towels need to be assessed. Carpet & old wing chair need to be replaced , emits off smell. Needs some TLC and fixture improvement. Other than that it was a good stay.

Plenty of car parking,relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff,good location. The room was spacious and well equipped. Would definately stay there again.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast. All the food selections were tasty. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds.

The location is very far to travel to with a lot of traffic on the secondary roads.

The location is very good, just off Highway 22. It also is close to downtown- shopping and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the decor is very nice. The breakfast was good, there were 4 cereal choices, yogurt, fruit, bread and chocolate muffins. There are prepackaged breakfast burritos which can be heated in the microwave. The hotel itself is very quiet.

The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have one other hot food choice like waffles. The other thing to note, is that while the hotel has signs posted telling people not to back into parking stalls, many trucks still back in. In the morning when the trucks are started and left running, the main floor hotel rooms fill with diesel smell due to the way they are vented. It would be good if the parking ban against backing in could be enforced.

It was close ish to where we were going to a wedding.

The room was non smoking but we could still smell cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. Also, it was a bit weird not having a sink in the bathroom.

It was easy to find, very clean rooms and the restaurant in front made it convenient and had great food.

The vending machines didn’t work and they couldn’t find a key for it the stuff they were selling behind the counter chips had expired a year earlier. Had movies but not cable.

Easy to find, clean. Spacious rooms, staff was very friendly & helpful. Nice breakfast included.

1st room the a/c didn’t work but staff was great & moved me to a different room that the a/c worked good in.
