We have used this hotel before. Easy to find, centrally located. Clean facilities. We asked for and were given an accessible room that was well appointed. Morning breakfast was great and many choices available.

Location is good. Easy and quick check in and check out. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Good breakfast. Great value for money!

The free breakfast was alright and appreciated. The food station was clean and sufficiently stock. The dining area was a nice format and we enjoyed being able to sit on those couches in the evening and visit with our friends (also staying at the hotel). The room air conditioning was great! during the hot, humid, stormy weather July 14-17. Loved the homemade cookies!

I used the housekeeping card once to make a request, which was fulfilled. I would have liked another replacement card. We had been at an outdoor conference for 3 days and because of the heat and rain, we used our towels a lot. (We were in and out of our room throughout the days and the toilet tissue (and Kleenex) ran out.)

Clean, quite, friendly staff. I accidentally booked the wrong date, called the property and they adjusted booking right away

Comfortable rooms and fairly quiet. The lady at check in was lovely and very helpful when i asked for suggestions for dinner.

We were in an accessible room because my partner is disabled, and I'm always amazed that hotels think that putting hand rails in a bath tub makes it "accessible". Not this properties fault but just a general observation.

Quiet and comfortable. Good location in Drayton Valley made access to all locations easy. Excellent breakfast each am. Will stay there sgain.
