Spacious room, clean, great WiFi connection, and the landlord is very helpful and accommodating with our requests. Basic necesseties were provided and our stay was hassle free. Have access to basic needs as well.

We only stayed for a night so I guess nothing to say much here. Overall, there was none that I didn't like.

The staff are great. They are very accommodating.

The pictures of the room I booked looked different from what we got. I reserved a quad room for four people, but the actual room didn't match the photos, not even the beds. They only provided two towels, and we had to pay extra for more. Even though the room was advertised for up to five people, we had to pay extra for an additional person and bed. The hotel's Wi-Fi is unstable, and it's quite far from the main attraction, Sta. Fe. To reach Sta. Fe, you need to take two rides or pay extra to the driver. We would appreciate it if these concerns could be addressed politely.

I had pleaded to them to atleast refund my money as we made a mistake and we will not be staying there. They promised to refund it, but they did not. I continuously contacted them in their phone, but i received no reply.

No one bothers to reply on my request to waive for the cancellation fee. I was charge full even if I informed ahead of time
