The hotel is lovely, incredibly clean and smells really good. The room was fantastic, the location and grounds are maintained to a very high standard. It's one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. The choice and quality of the food were fantastic. The parking was ideal. The room we were given on the ground floor was almost perfect with quick access to the back of the garden for our dog who was made very welcome. The food in the restaurant was great and we enjoyed room service after a very long journey. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful!! I would go back to this location just for the hotel and the breakfast!!

There was no air con as the hotel (likely management) did not consider the beginning of June to be the season for air con. The room were we in had been in the sun all day and it was really hot. Initially, uncomfortably hot.

We had an apartment, which was spacious - clean & new-looking. Breakfast was reasonable - good choices. Water pressure was very good. The staff was excellent - friendly & helpful.

The air conditioning system did not seem adequate for the size of the apartment - the air flow was not very strong, so it got hot in there. Also, there was not enough lighting - the two ceiling lights were not strong enough - there needs to be a lamp in the corner of the living room near the window.

Super super pet friendly (not just pet tolerant), area around the hotel is very nice, rooms are soundproof so even if there is an event happening, nothing can be heard. Rooms are really spacious and all the facilities are great. Traveling with a dog is quite stressful/hard when it comes to hotels, but this hotel was phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend it more. Dogs aren’t just allowed, they are welcomed!

Air con could have cooled down the room a bit more, but that’s me being picky.

Very good service, all wishes as expressed during booking process were fulfilled, pet-friendly hotel which included bowl and a dog blanket already provided in the room, hotel staff very polite and friendly, comfortable and spacious nice superior room, coffee and tea cooking opportunities along with water boiler provided in the room, delicious and enormous breakfast buffet (alone the breakfast buffet is a reason to come and stay longer there), classy restaurant and bar service, quality of food superb and offered choice of restaurant meals very good, location close to A2 which is a plus but still very quiet and enjoyable, sports and sauna facilities on site. Very good price-performance-ratio room-, food- and drinks-wise. Overall a very good decision to stay there overnight, coming back again for sure on our next trip travelling via A2 through Poland. Overall a way above average hotel, 3 Star hotel which I would definitely rank as 4 Star hotel.

Nothing to complain

The hotel is located close to the motorway, making it an excellent choice for travellers. Despite its proximity to the road, it was incredibly quiet.The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.The breakfast was plenty of options.The staff were friendly and welcoming,.H otel offers excellent value for money.

Good location for travellers (not too far from the highway, but a quiet and calm location, a lot of parking space); good isolated rooms, comfortable beds; very nice and fresh breakfast, very good coffee.

The only thing to improve would be better (bigger) pillows.

Hotel rooms where comfy and clean. But dinner really sucks. The sauce was forgotten with the main dish. And the server didn’t even apologize, probably because they didn’t seem to understand English. And all 3 meals wasn’t tasty.

Excellent place. Rooms and facilities are great. Location great too. Rooms have A/C and blackout curtains, which is very unusual for Polish hotels. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food choices, including hot food variety, coffee delicious too. Safe parking in hotel's inner court. Will stay there again next time we're crossing the Poland.

Nothing

We were returning to the hotel, and it did not disappoint. Dogs are still welcome, and they still offer an excellent early take-away breakfast option (even non gluten), the rooms are comfy and have teas and coffees. The restaurant is open quite late. The dod gets a blanket, a toy and a roll of bags (well, the last one is more for the humans, I guess).

The restaurant could have a bit more of non-gluten dishes, I have tried them all already, and while a tomato soup is really great, I would like to taste something new the next time we come by, in December.

Very nice place. Room had a really good standard and was really great. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide range of different dishes to choose from. We didn't get too much time there, as we stayed only to have some rest from drive, but it was a very pleasant stay.

The tap water is very soft, so it is difficult to wash out the soap from the hands. Also, when we arrived to the hotel a reception was held on the area of the resort. Although the distance of the room in which it was held was quite large, the rumble of the beat could be heard in the room.
