The houses are very close to each other but nothing can be changed .

The entrance door to the appartement did not close properly, we needed to move upward the door handle while pushing the door in order to close it, besides the door was easily open from outside, so not secure at all. When I went to reception to explain the thing about the entrance door, instead of excusing themselves or saying ohh yes we will repair it some day, they told me "...yes it works like that it's normal..." (I'm sorry but that is not normal working of the entrance door of an 250Eu/night apparment), staff did not have a constructive attitude. I suggest repairing that entrance door.

Space

No one cleaned our room in 5 days.

Multiple on site facilities (pool, tennis courts etc)

Rooms are in self contained chalets (not hotel rooms), and are quite tired. Area around the hotel is relatively devoid of bars, restaurants

The size & layout of the rooms

Booking.coms mistake & subsequent false information contained in an email ruined 2 days of our holiday ! The Sowells group tried to rectify booking.coms mistake, which has cost us dearly in lost time/money & happiness !

Bad experience. Loe service. Not very nice houses. Not very flexible staff. Pool was ok, but no serving at the pool.

The privacy of the accomodation

Absurd how the people inside this hotel work. The receptionists are very BAD they don’t know how to work with people
