Everything was comfortable as expected.

Staff member checking in issue especially not honoring Booking.com and reentering extra money that wasn’t refundable after confirmation from my bank card issuer that it was his error. especially responsibility to correctly refund overcharge. I decided not to stay 2 extra weeks while attending personal and family business Issac”. Earlier meeting with higher level supervisor and others informed. Daily charges were totally different from initial charge paid in advance from credit card via booking.com. Totally unacceptable and suspicious.

Breakfast was good and the staff girl was great I just didn't get her name she was very helpful and keep station stocked and clean. you can walk to jib and ampm and close to my family's house. Bed and pillows comfy pool was clean.

My room was good my daughters room not so good the shower was clogged but they did come unclog it fairly quickly. She also had ants which they had to come in and spray , last day a mouse ran from under sofa to under the stove we let them know at check out. I would have liked them to offer my daughters a room change after they sprayed for the ants. No offer of discount of room.

Great little extended stay hotel. Room was ample and amazing. Gym needs a little work, but overall pretty decent. Peaceful. I would stay again

There was a smell of sewer in the area during evening hours. Carpet was as clean as it can get for carpet in hotels. Smelled like wet carpet. They should get rid of carpet in hotel room as a whole. Paint was peeling. Need to paint

The staff was excellent. They were professional, kind, and attentive. The lady who prepares breakfast makes sure to ask if everything is okay.

After the cleaning lady expressed fear of our dog, she reported to the front desk that we refused service. As a result, our room was not cleaned until several days later.

It was nice that they had breakfast available during our stay. The bed was nice, shower had good pressure and the hot water was never in short supply. Fold out bed was a decent size. The staff was professional but friendly.

Carpet in our room was damaged. Fridge while great it was there was put in an awkward place so the door didn't open as far to work to the best advantage. Didn't have the right amount of silverware for our stay in room.

The lady at check in was awesome, I believe her name was Renee. The grounds were clean and tidy. The room was.... cozy. Loved the set up for the bed sides, plenty of access to plugs. A major thing when my husband has to use a c-pap machine to breathe at night. The shower was a 'love but' kind of thing. It had great space, good levels of heat for the hot water, appreciated the handle and the shower head being on opposite sides so as not to get sprayed with cold water as easily, but the door was a little troublesome with being able to open with a nudge.

The room we had was a little odd in layout so that it didn't feel as spacious as it could have and wasn't as intuitive as it could have been for placement of certain things. The blackout curtain was a bit hard to pull across the window either to block the light or to retract and let light in. The toilet paper holder is the kind where if you are not careful the roll will go right off it and on to the floor.

Very nice room with free HBO. The room had a kitchen with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The furniture was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and came immediately to assist me with the the television which was offline.

Everything was great. I would have no problem staying there again and would recommend it to friends. The towels and linen were in good condition. The room was open well lit. There was a coffee maker and a hair dryer.

We had a room with two beds and one of the bed sheets were dirty, but staff changed the bedding immediately.

The property was nice and clean.

The only thing I will complain about is not having a shower mat in the tub. I almost slipped when I was showering.

The kitchen, esp a full sized refrigerator, stove top, and kitchen cookware and utensils. Liked the bedroom, and bathroom.

Shower drain did not drain fast enough to allow a shower of any length. Remote did not work well, but was replaced per our request.
