The hotel didn't offer anything extra to accommodate guests during there stay wich made it hard and unenjoyable with my kids due to boredom.. No swimming pool and vending Machine was out of order with expired drinks and that was it.. But the room we were placed was like brandnew and very cleanliness and the bed was about a 5 percent on the comfy side..The lady we first met at counter possible owner she was so great and very nice and apologetic due to no rooms clean and available to check in till almost 4 due to staff shortage.. So who ever she is was above and beyond her title and deserves a raise

The night guy that first got me in my room. He was doing everything possible to get me a room, when he could've not dealt with the confusion..and the lady at the front in the mornings very polite just nice to be greeted with a friendly face and them actually be friendly

No microwave, no fridge and we could not get into the internet at all for some reason

The room the location and that everything is around the hotel like all the food place

The staff was great. The housekeepers were amazing especially the lead housekeeper she was always asking if we were ok everytime I saw her and always smiling with a great attitude. She fixed the toilet got us a microwave and refrigerator fast. We stayed for a total of 15 days she is the best made us so comfortable thanks for a enjoyable stay.
