Desiree, Cody, and Paloma helped me resolve a billing issue, and Cody helped me change rooms to a room without a connecting door (person next door was making weird noises, lol). I couldn't be more grateful or happy with the team at this location. They are the best!!! I travel back every other month or so to meet with employees of NM Tech, NRAO, and the Very Large Array to provide retirement investment advice and planning. Please give everyone a huge hug of appreciation from me!

The room situation above was resolved as soon I asked the next day, thanks to Cody. All was well after that :-)

Clean, friendly staff.

I don’t like that I used Booking.com to book this property. I was charged $114 over the actual rate of the room. I understand there is a fee for using the service but this is not acceptable. Also I was charged a $100 incidental fee only because I booked through Booking.com, which still has not been reimbursed back to me after 6 days!!!!!! I won’t use this service any longer. I am also a IGH member so why the high fees??

The staff is always the best. We come to this location every year. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Breakfast is also always so so good. Clean facilities as well

The air conditioner in our room was so incredibly loud. The family didn't get much sleep because of the noise, and when we finally turned it off half way through the night we then got warm.

Probably the best hotel in Socorro. Best Western used to be my first choice but the Socorro location has gone way downhill in the last few years and the Express is right next to it in an ideal location. About a 20 minute walk to Tech or Walmart. Decent breakfast but no waffle machine. Lounge is good for visiting.

The room was clean and spacious. The coffee maker did a great job. Linens were clean and fresh. Whole stay was quiet and problem free - had a very good stay.

The bright red Burger King sign shining in the window at night (I cannot sleep in a completely dark room.) Also the water coming through the bathroom ceiling of our 2nd floor room. We were promptly given a room without this interesting feature.

We were most disappointed with anI IHG facility in Albuquerque earlier in the week and this Holiday InnExpress made up for all the earlier disappointment.

Small amount of confusion from the clerk in the morning when asked for directions out of town….nothing our GPS couldn’t correct

Breakfast opened early for festival goers that needed to be out by 6 am. Room was big, comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Odd air system in rooms. Wall thermostat not connected to unit by window. Fan either on or off and quite loud.

The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is so good, the biscuits are our favorite.

happen to be staying a Friday night and usually leave early 6:00 to 6:30. disappointed didn’t serve breakfast until 7:00. I can umber stand for weekend but would think they could have something for early risers coffee and muffins or fruit in basket or something

One of the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Rooms comfortable - Clean . Lots of plug in and Usb plug in and for someone who does photography that was great.
