Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms, amazing breakfast. Price is just for what you get.

We stayed for 3 nights and on the second night a very strong cigarette smoke smell permeated into our room from another room close by. The hotel has a no smoking policy so this is the fault of a rude and selfish guests who didn’t care about others and smoked in the room anyways. Rooms have smoke detector but I suggested to the front desk that they could get a smoke detector that sounds the alarm when covered up. I bring this up because it is very unpleasant to breath that second hand smoke especially when you’re sleeping.

Breakfast is complete: eggs bacon, yogurt, tapioca, all kinds of fruits and sweet stuff, espresso (nespresso) and local coffee grinded on spot. Functional sauna, pool and gym - in the terrace with great view and chairs to get sun. Offered great value choices of early check in and late check out.

Room is spacious, breakfast is spectacular and there are supermarkets and good bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are attentive and helpful.

There could be some more equipment in the small kitchenette and wifi isn't great.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very willing to be of assistance and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Location quite central but away from hussle and bussle of Lourdes business district.

Room keys had to be reprogrammed a couple of times. No big deal!

I liked the room, the bed was wonderful.

The safe was broken. I asked the reception twice to fix the safe and they didn't send anyone, A receptionist hung up the phone when I asked again to fix the safe.

Everything well in shape and cool design. Very large and comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Big supermarket next to the hotel. Before we have been in the Hilton where many things were in bad condition and uncomfortable. A lot better value for money here in the Ramada.

No do not disturb sign. Could have more beach chairs at the pool.

The staff was beyond welcoming and the breakfast served was delicious.

Super clean, amazing breakfast and a truly friendly staff. Great option for Belo Horizonte, specially if you need to work around the Savassi region.
