The street view from the rooms (balcony), the size of the rooms, the daily room cleaning, the breakfast was very good and sufficient, the very helpful and very attentive staff. The location - good walking distance to Minas Centro Convention Center (19th International Congress of Speleology) and to the museums in that area.

Helpful and efficient reception staff. Suite spread over 2 floors was an interesting experience but was not particularly visitor friendly. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very cheery and helpful.

Sheet aluminium panels on windows (and in some cases a substitute for glass windows), which could now be fully opened made the room very dark. And seemed to transmit a lot of traffic noise.

Room was basic, a little on the old side but clean enough, the breakfast was the best thing and maybe the staff. They were very kind and let us check in early.

There was only one sun bed by the pool which was a bit sad and the room was on the old side but fine.

Very spacious and well-organized room, the duplex with two balconies and a proper kitchen was amazing. The view is stunning. The room condition was fair, not freshly new, but decent. WiFi was stable and pretty fast, suitable for work

With so many drawers kitchen could have more utensils and kitchen wares, definitely more cups and glasses, and maybe a coffee maker. The work desk could also be helpful

Unusual - 2-stairs room! Inside two bathrooms, microwave, coffee machine with free coffee, a lot of other stuff :) have sauna near the swimming pool.

Breakfast was really good, facilities really nice. A Lady called Camila helped me from early on with my reservation and whenever getting there check in was easy and fast. Housekeeping really did a great job. All staff really nice as well.

The windows could have been noise cancelling. You can hear all the noise of the city with all windows closed. Apart from that, all good.

Good location, clean room, had soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, which is more environmentally friendly than individual bottles.

I'm not sure why the plates and glasses were wrapped in plastic. It seemed unnecessary use of plastic.

The building is amazing, the pool is great! The staff was so efficient and cordial. The breakfast was very good too.

The rooms are run down, need to be modernized. The bedsheets and towels can be a bit nicer. There was no duvet, for example, on the bed.
