Super well localized, near downtown and near roads that may make it easier to access anywhere else you may go. The parking lot is paid but is in the same building and you may access it using a specific elevator

There was some noise during the morning, possibly from someone walking in the room beneath me at 5:30 am. I understand that this isn’t the hotel’s responsibility, but they do have a business center where business travelers might need to tidy up early in the morning. It’s possible that someone might be wearing heels or other stylish shoes. Don't be that kind of person, please walk to the common area before putting on your heels. I don’t think there’s much the hotel can do about this, but it’s worth being aware that it might happen to you if you stay here.

I needed a quiet, secure comfortable place only for one evening so I could recuperate from a long journey. The Dayrell was perfect ... and at a great price, location, breakfast and employees ! ... and nostalgia. It's an older place and maybe that's why it was one of the best values in the area : downtown very close to everything. Older fixtures but I appreciated them keeping things that work alive ( instead of filling a landfill just because of some slight aesthetic mark ) ... and what I really value was a great staff, good air-conditioner , and a quiet good night's sleep ... and i got plenty. And the complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome! At checkout, I left my luggage ( with my passport and apple MacBook laptop) with the desk and I came back the next day ... No problems. Everybody that works there from the desk agents to the food service to the front door guy are really wonderful people . Parábens e 'brigado demais gente de Dayrell = ToP . Abraços !

The location was perfect, close to a big shopping mall and also nice cafes and restaurants.

the internet connection in the room was not so good and also the shower was kinda broken. They need to replace some showers in the bathroom. They are very old fashioned.

What a perfect breakfast. Please do not let any ingredient go. It is just perfect comfy bed and awesome shower. Antique furniture makes it cosy.

We need to do something about the smelly front desk and it make the clerks attend things faster. We waited for many minutes to check in and fill out forms, check out. Etc

This hotel is one of the last hotels in BH center, it deserves to be retrofitted. it's classic, and very cozy. Marvelous people and a roof top bar behindd the pool.

The rooms interiors and corredor are in very bad shape and, bathroom smells very bad, old metals, no cable TV, old telefone system, and the worst thing, the mattresses.

The hotel in itself is very good furnished and everything is feasible. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Belo Horizonte near main attractions, bars, restaurants and also a shopping mall 2 corners away, really walkable

The Wi-Fi in the room was very bad, the connection was utterly slow , probably they should install a router in each floor to try to improve the speed of connection. Also the shower system is Jurassic and every time I had to wait 10 min to get hit water, very old showers. Just change all of them, please.

It was clean, breakfast was very good.

The pool area could have a restaurant to serve meal at night. Restaurant should be open for dinner at least.

it was good, nothing exceptional. the garage was pretty small, but accessible and secure. staff was friendly and helpful, with attendants in elevators There’s a small cot bed in the room also, and a great view of the city and cathedral. I didn’t realize the drinks and snacks in the room weren’t complimentary, so I ended up paying $10 more

felt like there was a little bit of a sticky film on the floor of the room, after I showered I was getting something on my feet

Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable and the shower was perfect! Can’t recommend enough!
