The apartment was comfortable, and the kitchenette was good for preparing breakfast on the days we chose not to go to downstairs to the restaurant. Good range of choice at the breakfast buffet. Reception staff were usually very helpful, except on one occasion when it seemed to be too much trouble to call a taxi for us. Good laundry facilities in the basement.

There was no electric jug in the kitchenette. The only way to heat water was to use the sole provided saucepan on a hot plate. A hair dryer was the other glaring omission. Other reviews have suggested a dryer could be borrowed on a short term basic from reception. But running down to reception after a shower is not all that convenient.

The staff were exceptional, especially Bruno. I needed some help printing and scanning, it was no problem. Make a reservation at a restaurant for us, no problem. The Residence is welcoming from the moment of entering. There is wine, other beverages and instant dinners in the lobby for purchase if you need them. There are plenty of shops all around, plus a small mall. The famous Central Market is a short walk. The location is well-located to get to the train station or to the area where there are very nice restaurants. I was there for surgery, and the studio provided a perfect, relaxing atmosphere for recovery. There is a laundry room downstairs with everything you need, at an extra charge. The roof garden area is adorable, with the little pool and deck chairs.

The 2 elevators were often blocked either with the cleaning staff or the construction crew, as some floors were still being renovated. The kitchen in the studio could have had more pots and pans, and more glasses (a couple of wine glasses would have been nice), as we did stay in and cook our first week there. But these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Good hotel, fair value for money. The staff is responsive, check-in was very fast. Cleaning and change of towels every day, the room has air conditioning and a small kitchen. Good internet, great location, shopping center and supermarket nearby. The only problem was that the water in the sink drained very slowly. Everything else is good. I recommend considering this hotel as an affordable and optimal option for the price.

Location is great. The building has been renovated and apartments have good space and furniture look new.

Light coming from the bedroom window early morning annoyed me. There is no AC in the bedroom; only one at the living room/kitchen so bedroom door had to stay open all the time. No blanket available.

The staff are super kind and helpful. Bruno and Rose who were there when I arrived are brilliant 👏. The place is very safe and just beside a big shopping center.

My only suggestion would be to keep a katle in the room, so we cold make some coffee.

The staff were all so friendly and nice! The location was perfect for carnival. The rooftop was great to relax on too

The rooftop has a nice view but the pool is not clean enough. It is also a pity that the bar is not operational; you have to buy the beer downstairs.

The central location ext to the mall and many places in thr city center. Modern building. Room with big fridge, microwave and stove. Swimming pool.

.I stayed in 3 different rooms none had a hairdryer which was mentioned there was. The need to ring the bell al the time to enter the place.

Very central, near the central market, all services nearby. Great new building.

Kitchen could have basic ingredients such as salt and coffee. No potable water available in the building.
