Location was great , breakfast delicious (many options), very cleanliness, staff helpful as well, they have parking lot for 20 BRL/day.

Some days we could hear some noise at the street due some kind of festival, however sleeping was still possible 😅

The hotel is close to Belo Horizonte main bus coach where the airport buses arrive at so its location is quite convenient and central.

The hotel location is rough so watch your back when going in and out of it, but on the other hand it's near everything.

There was no bedside light. The bathroom was not very comfortable.

Oacis in the heart of Belo Horizonte. Clean room and linen and bathroom. Great breakfast. And good thing is it started at 6 AM every day. Good reception team helped me with luggage. Helped to get air conditioning started so also to reboot the WiFi modems. Valet car parking was a real benefit to a tiered traveler.

Property needs to be updated in every aspect. Front door needs to have signs to say entry for hotel as it’s on a traffic junction.

Unstable internet connection, WiFi. I had to use 4G quite often. Noise levels in most areas is much higher than I am used to.

The location is good, near almost everywhere downtown.

There were two elevators on the fritz, and only one working. Besides, it was really slow. Staff didn't look please to work and help. My bedroom was noisy and hard to sleep.

The only positive thing about is that is hear the train Station. WiFi not working, room had empty ketchup pouches on the fridge, linen old and had a hole and bfast with overly fried scrambled eggs to some bits even greenish. Overpriced. Near the train station only positive thing fora 7am departure.
