Every time I'm in Belo Horizonte, I stay at this property. I love the location in the heart of Savassi. It's very close to great restaurants and shopping. I always feel very safe walking around this neighborhood at anytime of the day. The hotel facilities and staff are also amazing. Great breakfast buffet and delicious lunch/dinner restaurant on site.

The extra bed we added on for my room was ver uncomfortable. However, the regular beds were great.

Bathroom a little small. Our bathroom sink didn't drain well--standard maintenance issue. A coffee machine would be nice. It's standard these days... Our safe didn't work. They replaced it (yes literally picked it up carried the first one out and brought another in), but the safes are supposed to be fixed to a heavy piece of furniture...

Location was good. Pet Friendly hotel. Complementary feet spa at the room. Room is nice. Staff is friendly. Complementary coffee and water at the front desk. Room is very nice and with appropriate size.

WiFi/internet is SUPER SLOW. This needs to bed improved. We had a hard time to work remotely.Restaurant was peaky to receive us with our dog for breakfast. But in the end they were flexible to put us in an isolated corner with him to enjoy breakfast. Hotel in general has an old look & feel, but room seems refurbished/new.

Royal boutique was amazing at surprising us for our honey moon, such a lovely thing to do!!! Thank you again ❤️ Great sized bedroom, with two doors between bedroom and bathroom. Good view of Belo horizonte. And great location. Also, delicious and complete breakfast, can’t fault. The hotel also has a great restaurant for dinner, with a great wine cellar with options of all prices.

Well located and spacious rooms. Sympathetic staff with the “jeitinho mineiro” and accomodating. I needed a late checkout and they permitted it with a smile, even though the hotel was full. Bedlinen and mattress really comfy.

Breakfast as a buffet is fine, but dinner wasn’t so much of an inventive menu. A la carte Menu would be more appropriate for the restaurant’s atmosphere.

Breakfast was nice. Many varities of food, all of it was fresh and the dining room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, and courteous.

I DID NOT like that I could not bring even a cup of coffee back to my room. Hotel is advertised as having a bar.There is NO BAR. The restraunt does NOT SERVE DINNER. I don't think having to wait 20 minutes for the hot tub too be made ready for use was good, and even after the twenty minutes and the tub was filled the water was not hot. It was more of a cold tub, than a hot tub.

Everyone was polite and friendly. We were gifted with a foot spa kit for the two nights we stayed. There was free cheese at the reception, together with coffee and flavoured water, which made our arrival very pleasant and gave a really "mineira" vibe. Cheers to Viviane, their lovely and cheerful employee at the restaurant, with whom we clicked almost immediately🥰

I liked the central location, accessibility to all local restaurants and super friendly staff. I stayed in the executive suite with jacuzzi and it was worth the money. The hotel restaurant is also fantastic.

The room service menu could be expanded slightly.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and will continue to do so in my future stays in Belo Horizonte. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. I stayed for about a month for work and I have read complaints regarding the WiFi, however I had no issues with the WiFi at all while staying. The hotel restaurant is superb, from breakfast to lunch and even dinner. Everything I ate there was absolutely delicious.

This is not the hotels fault, however my bedroom was facing two new buildings that are under construction and there was constant noise from early in the morning to early in the evening almost every day. There is also a middle school with screaming children all day long which I could hear inside my bedroom. Again, not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of when booking.

Spacious Room, very confort bed and great location. The restaurant had a buffet style meal every day and it was a good price and good food.

I did an upgrade (at booking website) to a room that supposed would have better bed linen, it was even specified the brand of the linen but it was a not the ones mentioned it was average ones and the toileteries as well were average. The bathroom was small and old.
