They have a great location in the Savassi area. Breakfast was great with many choices! Also used the Sauna which I loved. Staff also very helpful .

Room is a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Refrigerator in room never worked even when I let housekeeping know. Outdoor spa had no cold water so ended up too hot to use. Lastly gym had some broken equipment in it.

Nice hotel. No problems with my very late check-in. The staff didn't speak perfect English, but were very helpful and friendly making a strong effort to help with questions. Great wifi - worked remotely for 2 days with no issues. My favorite part was the incredible outdoor pool - great size for swimming laps and had the space all to myself

Had 1 or 2 issues with keycard, and it would be nice if there were an easy way to get a cup of hot water for tea without going downstairs to ask for help.

The staff, the location, the room. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staffs are well preppared and gentle. I was able to get a connected room on spot thanks to staffing readiness. For those who is travelling to visit the Amsterdan city center, the hotel is not close to it but is very close (walking distance) fromthe the station (bus + metro +train).

The brekafast has lack of fruits but in overall is a good one.

Good king bed. The room/bathroom were nothing special, but adequate. The breakfast was better than most, and the food in the dining room for dinner was surprisingly good.

Such a lovely hotel in a great location. All of the staff were so helpful always and very friendly and chatty. They even helped me to print out some paperwork. Having a pool in Belo Horizonte was such a bonus too. Rooms are cleaned everyday too.

It’s not the cheapest place to stay but is worth it

Excellent location and bed. Good breakfast, but they didn't offer the typical doce de leite every day (only once in the four days that we stayed).

The shower head and the humidity in the bathroom – there's probably hidden mold.

We had big room with sitting area. It is Standard economy hotel, this is what we have expected.

The breakfast was good with lots of itens to choose from. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The people that work there are the best, especially at the front desk.

The gym needs some new equipment.
