Hotel is in excellent location close to many conveniences. Staff is very collaborative and responsive.

In the bedroom, internal illumination is poor just have spot light.

- Room was tired, with scuffed walls and floors, mould on the curtains, and terrible quality grouting around the shower - A bit expensive for what it offers - although to be fair we were there during Carnaval so rates will have been higher than usual

Location is great, close to Parks, bars, food market and so on.

Bathroom weren't that clean. They were mouldy and without any ventilation. also you couldn't never reach the reception by phone. I tried a thousands times and every time I went down to speak to them, they had an excuse.

Breakfast was ok. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a decent size. The location is one of the best I experienced in Belo.

The room was too small. As a couple, we could barely open our luggage and lay on the bed. My wife tried to work from the bedroom and felt imprisoned.
