The hotel is very interesting — built at the end of the 19th century, it definitely has a special charm. The overall design feels authentically old-school. We were upgraded to a newer building, with rooms reportedly built in 2010. While the hotel has been renovated, it still feels quite old. The floors are squeaky, and there are some odd smells. As others have mentioned, they seem to use strong air fresheners, perhaps to mask the odors. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. There’s free parking — though it kind of feels like you should be arriving with a horse and carriage instead of a car. Overall, the hotel offers a unique experience, but it does feel — and smell — a bit dated.

Location was right next to the Isidro Cathedral. Breakfasts were lovely. Staff was friendly, room (suite) was spacious, cleaning staff did an excellent job both in the room and around the property.

Could have been "more generous" with having all-day access to coffee, water, fruit, possibly wine in the breakfast area. The coffee machine was there, but did not get the "invitation" to use it after breakfast hours. It had a nice homey vibe otherwise, so that would have been a nice reinforcement. There really is no gym. They have a room they call a gym, but it isn't. The dry sauna was next to it- and that was very nice.

The hotel property was beautiful with all the greenery and outdoor space. The breakfast was delicious and a very good value. The rooms are very spacious and plenty of space and amenities.

The pool is very small and not a lot of seating directly next to it. We chose the smaller villa which the site says can sleep up to 3 adults. The room had plenty of space but only one bathroom which could only be accessed by going through the main bedroom.

Hotel del Casco is a beautiful hotel in a relaxing neighborhood. The staff and facilities were great. The included breakfast was more than enough to get going with your day. The room service menu was more than adequate if you need to eat in. The location is perfect if you are looking to unwind, and Uber is available if you are looking to visit downtown.

Nothing. Just know that if you are choosing to stay here it is a bit far from the busy and more active neighborhoods in the city.

It was so pretty!

Unfortunately we went during winter, we would have enjoyed it more during summer, but it was still so good and we loved it!

Common areas need some attention to detail. Rooms were very clean but common areas are a.bit worn or need some upholstery cleaning. It's not boutique if they don't pay attention to details

It was nice to have dinner in the winter garden, but our steaks were a bit over cooked

When you arrive, you are transported into a perfect dream. This is an exclusive luxury mansion where all rooms are beautifully laid out in period furniture, and no two are alike. Peace reigns in this exquisite neighborhood outside Buenos Aires, San Isidro. The staff are unbelievable. Nowhere have I been as well received and pampered as here, from Paris to China. The food is wonderful, the menu is extensive, and will be served in your room if you so wish. This Plantation home, so gorgeous, is the preffered location where brides come to dress and have their photos taken in the gorgeous gardens and rooms.

I love this luxury hotel and this is where I always stay. I rent a car at the airport at arrival and return it before check-out.
