Comfy and large room for family and we get the connected room as per requested

The staff at the reception counter. We were asking for the direction to the restaurant. Didnt even look at us or answer just pointed using the hand. Rude!!

We enjoyed the swimming pool. We spent most of our time at the pool swimming. The room was accommodating and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The view was not that great as we got to see the back of the shop lot. All in all, the trip turned out great for our family of three as we've got the chance to enjoy the Borneo Cultural Festival 2024 too.

There was a moment where we requested some sugar from the housekeeping but they said we need to dial in number 6 to get some packets of sugar which I think it will revert back to them. We ended up did not call the housekeeping and let it be.

Wifi was a bit patchy, but overall good. Some of the staff are a bit problematic as I received three phone calls for the one issue one day, with the same message each phone call… I didn’t do anything wrong. One of the staff was harassed by other staff because I kept asking for her to hang out with me outside of work…. The security and door staff are really friendly and cool. The breakfast is good.

Breakfast was nice Facility good Cleanliness okay Thank you for accomodating a slightly late checkout due to attending conference at the hotel.

Mattress and pillow is not good. Woke up with neck and back pain

Early checkin available at 12pm, breakfast menu option is variety, spacious room and very good location facing sungai Rejang

The room glass panel outside was very dirty, if the hotel could do maintenace to clean it up would be very great!

The breakfast spread was good. Parking is safe. Clean room. Mice view of the river rajang.

I wished the staff were more flexible, I had an extra adult coming with me for breakfast, but I didn't have cash on me. I didnt want the hassle to go up to the room. So I requested it to be put under my room and paid upon checkout. It took a long time to make a decision, so I just went up and get the cash.

Breakfast buffet was solid. Good mix of western and local food. Rooms were nicely appointed, clean quiet and comfortable. Luggage hold post check-out was fantastic.

Longer gym hours would be nice. TV wasn’t working during our stay (maintenance).

The room is ok. But the toilet is not very clean. The toilet bowl is broken. The bathtub wall can see mould on the wall. The in-house phone is broken. Only can use the phone in the toilet. Over price and hope they will improve the room .

Location is good. Breakfast is good but if there are more choices it would be better.

Everything is fine except the bathtub drainage. The drainage pipe needs a thorough cleaning.

i stayed 2 night, i have requested the menu services via room services but it was never arrived at my room. But overall it was great stay
