Perfect location. Excellent for a family of 4, with two little kids. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants.

Breakfast could be better. Omelette is for extra price.

Beautifully renovated hotel with lovely helpful staff, in a central but quiet location. Walking distance to great restaurants & the pier & beach. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bedroom has smart controls for the lighting & shutters, gorgeous bathroom and a view of the sea from the balcony. Complementary toiletries included a mini marvis toothpaste. Hotel provides bike hire. Good range of breakfast items.

My only recommendation would be to include large complimentary still & sparkling water in the bedrooms replaced daily.

This is a charming older style hotel with lovely staff and a simple breakfast I looked forward to every morning. It is exceptionally well located in the centre and the bikes you can hire at the hotel are sufficient to get you everywhere you need to go in Forte. The building has marble floors and soaring ceilings - recalling a grander past. The rooms are old fashioned but spotlessly clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The one drawback is that the front of the hotel had apparently become a teen hang in the very late hours until dawn, so although it was tucked away from Restaurants etc, it was quite noisy at night due to the teen gatherings under the windows every night. This may be a temporary thing tho - I stayed in July 2024. I’m not sure what, if anything the hotel could do about it.

I can be certain to say the best hotel in Italy as a whole. I took a suite with a balcony, the decoration of the room, the views, the furniture, the amenities provided and most importantly the staff were top notch. the location was perfect, exactly in the downtown and 2mins walking from the beach. The hotel provides bicycles, making the experience even better.

Would of preferred coffee pod machine in room instead of instant sachets.. 10 minutes in taxi from forte dei marmi train station...30 euros was average fare..they have a shuttle service but we didn't use due to timings.

Didn’t expect to find such a great hotel in Forte dei Marmi. Perfect location, beautiful renovation, excellent bed linen, toiletries, balcony with a panoramic view, and a stylish lobby — everything exceeded my highest expectations.

On the downside: a rather intimidating elevator and a fairly modest breakfast, as is common throughout Italy.

The location was beyond amazing!! It is right in the center! The staff were very friendly and helpful specially Eloisa I hope I’m writing her name right she was incredibly nice! We felt very comfortable! The breakfast was excellent as well and had such a nice energy where everyone was smiling every morning! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it! We felt truly at home!

None it was amazing!

Location is amazing: you are 3 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to all shops and restaurants. The personnel in the hotel are all very professional and friendly, good level of English, able to give advice to all questions I had. Also loved a local art gallery exhibition of the local artists. Not many people are visiting, but we definitely recommend. The local artist Viani was definitely ahead of his time in his works - we loved his art!

Aircon in the room could be stronger: some night we felt too warm. At times parking might be a challenge: you definitely find a space, but might need to drive around for it.

location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, you walk out of the door in the beach is across the road, you turn left and walk 200 mtrs and twice a week there is a outdoor market, behind the hotel are designer shops and restaurants it literally was the perfect location. Breakfasts were good and again the staff were excellent
