Bed was comfortable, food was good, and tv had access to smart view so I could watch TV or YouTube as needed.

No hdmi ports on the TVs, I assume that's normal but still slightly annoying. Oh and my light in NY room whenever I turned it off continued to shine in the room, not brightly but enough to make sleep difficult

The location was great and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. This was an overnight stay to ring in the New Year with some friends who live in Seminole. My wife and I are from Norman. It was only an hour drive.

There's nothing I can think of that makes this stay a negative. I'm starting to set a pattern for staying at Best Western for my travels.

The hotel used to be a great place to stay, but over the years they haven’t kept up with repairs and updates. Our closest door handle came off when we opened it, so we couldn’t close it all the way. The swimming pool has been under repairs for months, so it wasn’t quite the deal it used to be. We used to be able to bring our grandchildren to swim, so that’s been a bummer!

The staff was exceptional! Candy is an awesome asset to the Best Western!

The pool was down for whatever reason. The kids were really disappointed. That was the primary reason I chose this hotel. The app said that it was working and available and listed it as one of the amenities.

breakfast was very good, there's a small parking area for pickups or cars with trailers there's also a space at back. pool was fabulous, it was so clean and had a privacy fence facing the street.

Super helpful and friendly staff made me feel welcome and cared for while also showing excellent professionalism during a city-wide internet outage. The landscaping stood out as a delightful signal of the experience that awaited me inside. Somehow this felt like home for 1.5 days.

Maybe invest in off-the-grid internet service? The city-wide outage disabled many small businesses’ phones and credit card capabilities, so maintaining service independently could be a differentiating factor in keeping operations flowing and guests happy.

The staff was very friendly and helped in all ways possible. The helped us find the nearest grocery store and even checked to see if they were still open.

The breakfast was cold, there was no meat (sausage or bacon), the muffins and fruit had run out by 8:00am

The new woman can't remember her name in seminole location but she's said she was 2 weeks into the job she was awesome my wife suffers from mental health illness and the staff was awesome 👌

The breakfast is kinda cheap for the price of the the jacuzzi suite for one night should come with better food than the basic rooms

I thought the breakfast was all right. but the other 3 workers that were with me didn't like the sausage.

the heat in the room was too hot. the thermostat on the unit must have been broken

close to where we needed to be with easy access in and out. good breakfast.

as we were getting ready for a funeral and not ready or ready to leave/checkout yet, and not even close to checkout time, housekeeping knocked on the door wanting our towels. It was like GTF out if here!
