Room was clean, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, bed was comfy, and ac worked great.

Price for the overall condition of the property. People hanging around that weren't staying there. Driveway getting into the hotel needs improvement

Everything was more than I expected especially for the price… I have a big dog and I was very surprised how he was excepted. Our ADA ROOM WAS FANTASTIC WITH A GREAT ACCESSIBLE SHOWER. Never had one problem.

The laundry room was out of order!

We like the quietness, the courteous of the staff also the complementary breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Thanks for having us we appreciate your kindness very friendly staff🙏🙏🙏

The room was really clean and seemed like it was recently redone. The breakfast was a bare minimum, but it was cereal and basically coffee for a quick bite. Worked out perfect to get back on the road.

Just not a lot of choices for breakfast.

The staff was very nice and friendly and check in was very efficient. Quiet and seemed to be safe area.

It would have been nice to have more than two towels. While there were only two of us, we just like to have additional ones

I love to stay every time I am in Shawnee..these people go above and beyond to make you feel right at home..

A bit more variety, ie pastries. The location was very quiet, slept good.

TV worked in glitches. Power problem I think. Temp was over 100 both days.

Sheets felt weird and the air freshener didn't smell good at all
