I like the fact that, when I left my sandals behind and Jennifer called me to let me know. She didn’t have to do that and I really appreciate her for that. I was also running a little behind on getting out. Instead of her rushing me, she told me she would give me more time. Jennifer was very polite and professional! Thank you Jennifer and thank you Amanda for your professionalism as well!

This place went way over expectations! The staff was extremely helpful and kind and the rooms were practically sound proof. The bed was very comfortable and what I believe to be a pillow top mattress.Tje window blinds were black out blinds and forest themed, which made for a great atmosphere. The room had a new age large screen TV with YouTube and Netflix. The restroom was very modern. The shower had good water pressure and came equipped with a built in shampoo, conditioner(good smell and made my hair feel soft), and body wash. The breakfast options were quite vast and not cheap brand options either. 10/10 for sure!!!

There was not a single thing that I did not like about my stay.

Didn’t have the breakfast. The location was fine, we chose the hotel because it was reasonably priced and it was near where we were going to pass through. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

No complaints.

Good room layout, nice bathroom. Shower had good pressure and no leaks from the shower door like usual at hotels.

The breakfast was unimpressive and the bed was hard. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows.

The property was very clean, breakfast was great with a nice variety of breakfast foods, & the staff was nice.

I liked everything.

I like that clean , comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. It was also close to eating places. It was a great stay overall. I would definitely stay there again.

I did have to wait about ten minutes before I was waited on for check in. I found out there was a shift change but even then I had to call the number to get someone to the front to help me.

Convenient to my mother’s home.

I think the heater wasn’t working properly. I turned it up to 75 and it was still really cool. By the time I got back late to my room I was too tired to call desk for more blankets.

The pull out sofa was comfy and the room was quiet. Also had an awesome AC!

Wish it had been closer to my venue.

Left my chargers, called a couple hours later and they told me I’d have t wait 36 hours to call and see if they found them. I asked them to call me and they never did. Was 3 chargers, had to replace, cost 36 dollars.

I loved the indoor pool. It was the perfect size and depth. I was able to swim alone and enjoyed myself. I slept like a baby.

I couldn’t have been better.
