Suite was nice, with the small kitchenette, living room area with pullout couch bed. Could have used 2 queen beds instead of two full beds. But otherwise, everything was very nice.

like I was a shop lifter. During one time, it was by the evening desk help, and he had another male friend come out with him to watch me. They were making comments about my dog and me, and they made me feel very uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was fine, room was good.

Front desk staff was inattentive but helpful once we tracked her down in the gym area. Cold water faucet by the refrigerator was not working. Had trouble regulating the air conditioner. The light burned out over the sink/refrigerator area while we were there so we left a note when leaving.

Breakfast was good for microwaveable foods. Just had the same thing every single day for a week.

The extra fees everything. Paid for the week they added $50 extra, then I paid for an extra night and they charged another $50 on top of the $125 for room.

The breakfast was adequate...but there were several restaurants very close for people who didn't like it or for lunch and dinner. The whole facility was very clean. The room was large and had everything needed for a longer stay than what we were there for. The bed was very comfortable, but the furnishings were older.

The peace, comfortable, good Breakfast, friendly staff, spacious rooms, great for the price

Nothing to complain about really, it’s an older hotel so maybe upgrade the coaches, but I’ll definitely be back.

Was quite enough yet close to interstate. The front desk guy was nice and professional and very helpful. Sorry don’t remember his name.

The chairs in my room were beyond broken down. As I pulled in to check in so did the local police. I waited until they came out empty handed before going in.

I started staying at your hotel about 11 years ago when a tragic fire took my sister and her 2 boys. You guys helped us though a really hard time and made sure we didn't need anything. So everytime I come to town this is where I stay. Haven't been disappointed yet.

You guys could use a sitting area again for smokers. Yes I know it's bad but maybe down by the pool under that tree

Location was very convenient and close to my destination, food and shopping.

Breakfast staffer was a bit rude because I arrived close to closing along with others.

Everything!! Excellent hotel. Pool was warm and nice. Staff was friendly. Bed slept wonderful.

Toilet was little short. I'm 5'6 normal height and I felt like I was sitting on floor.

Nice to have a kitchen and table & chairs. Fridge had a freezer, great when you're travelling. Chris, on reception, was so helpful & funny... made us feel so welcome.

Midcity West is not the nicest part of town, wouldn't go walking after dark but felt quite safe in the hotel.
