The room was big. It was for the most part really clean. Decent price but then they charge a $50 hold when you get there. The staff were really kind. Breakfast was pretty good.

The bed was pretty hard. They charge $50 when you check in. I’m not sure if/when that goes back to my card. We stayed in the one bedroom king suite. The doors were loud and were kind of difficult to shut. Which would’ve been fine if we didn’t have our 1 year old to put to bed.

Excellent price for king accessible room. Lots of space in the room for my husband to move around in his power chair. Bathroom was appropriate for our needs. I didn’t understand the shower wand being rubber banded onto the fixture though? Only real downside was that there are no restaurants nearby except one. They did deliver to our room though so that was a plus. Really nice breakfast available. Overall good value for the money!

My reservation had to be modified, and the clerk was so very patient and helpful. She went above and beyond what I expected. Liked the walk-in shower; have had knee surgery, so climbing into a tub is difficult. Pillows weren't overstuffed and so more comfortable for my taste. Breakfast was typical, but in a good way.

There are no restaurants near the hotel.

When we first got there, my truist bank card which is a credit card, was what I had. One of the ladies said it was a prepaid card. When we asked the manager, she said their policy wasn't allowing them to take my card., even though it wasn't prepaid. She alowed us to use it for just time. My family saves at truist bank so that was really disappointing.. We also didn't have the other room next to us.

It was really clean. I’m a complete clean freak so this is important to me. No bad smells, property was clean, room super clean and the sheet smelled great.

The breakfast was ok but could use a little more tlc and freshness.

The location is just off the main highway and you need to drive a bit for a known brand of food chain. There’s a diner in next parking lot, but wasn’t up for trying the unknown.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Traveled from Kansas so we weren't familiar with area and it didn't seem the safest, but hotel Staff led us in right direction with good advice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book another stay.

The area was a little rough. People were sleeping on sidewalks and one person was doing drugs at the gas station next to hotel.

The staff was very kind. Very nice hotel. Our room could have been cleaned better though as there was splatter on the pictures and headboard... Also, the overhead light didn't work in the king bedroom. Location is close to highway and downtown, but lacks anything within walking distance worth going to. Good pool. Small gym. Will return but hope that more attention to detail is made.

The breakfast was excellent!! The lady that's over it was soooo nice and sweet! I asked if they could fix/refill the pancake mix and she was happy to. She always had a smile and my youngest daughter was so found of her lol, even though she would hide behind my leg and still peak around to say hey to her lol. She was so sweet to my family and I! I didn't catch her name but keep doing what you're doing, you're making a day in your guest experience. Hotel was nice and fairly close to everything we did, I planned a whole itinerary for the trip. We've stayed here before it changed names a few yrs ago, but this time around it was even better. We will be back. The staff was very friendly & rooms nice!

The hotel was clean. The room was very spacious. The hot tub was nice and felt amazing.

Breakfast was disappointing. Things were either out or had been sitting there too long.
