The hotel was really nice; I really enjoyed their courtyard. Our room was large and my family of four hung out and slept comfortably. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, as well. The hotel is walking distance to so many great restaurants and fun things to do.

The pool was closed while we were there, which was a huge bummer as that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Their free WiFi could use some major upgrades.. I was better off not using it cause it was so incredibly slow. I also wish there was some available parking close by but you’re basically forced to use valet.

I liked my coffee and oat milk. I don’t usually have breakfast. The breakfast room offered a variety of food and the space is nice and clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was the way the person who talked to me over the phone treated me. I had called the hotel to check if my booking was ok. She was a bit rude and it seemed she was not in the mood to help me. She couldn’t find me on the confirmation list. I gave her the number and she could not find it. I gave her my name and last name and she said in a cold way : no, we don’t have your name or confirmation number here. She was about to give up helping me. I then insisted that she checked again, and she asked my middle name. She finally found my confirmation #.

Nice, comfortable, suite-like room. Good lounge area, both inside and out. Very good location.

Didn't know in advance, that the pool and gym were closed for renovation. Knowing that in advance would have been nice. PARKING situation is pretty annoying: upon arrival, told that the only good option for parking is over $35 per day, and is a separate company, so the hotel washes its hands of the problem. Egregious, and annoying. Worse, upon arrival I was told that (at least) that rate would get in and out priveleges for 24 hours. 15 hours later upon bringing the car bag, and wanting to park it for less than an hour, I was told "no, that resets every day around 2pm". Very annoying, and egregious.

Made my reservation for yesterday rather than today. Problem was taken care of instantly by the lady who checked me in. She didn't even skip a beat. I was impressed. No BS. She just fixed it instantly. Wife and I spent some time having cocktails at the bar and again the experience was enjoyable. Excellent all around. Our previous three days at Hyatt Place Cherry Creek, Denver was also excellent although the facility is not as upscale as Hyatt Regency, Wichita. Have a good day. Tony and Jenny Francia

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We liked the extra sitting area and the breakfast in the am was great- there was even coffee made when we left the last day at 4:45am.

We were disappointed that the pool was being renovated and we weren’t made aware of that before the trip or even when we booked. It was 100° in OKC and a pool would have helped beat the heat after walking through Bricktown every night.

Overall, it was a good hotel, very clean, great staff, and good walking distance to Bricktown.

Didn't like the parking situation. There is no free parking at all. A person can use the hotel valet for $32 every 24hrs or walk a good distance to a parking garage. The parking garage is cheaper but nearly 2 blocks away. Can't say we will stay again due to the parking situation.

The breakfast was great! The people were nice and friendly.

Nothing much we just had some loud neighbors that were banging on the walls. Also the parking says a different price from how much you actually get charged

The location was excellent. We parked in one spot across from the hotel,the whole weekend. We rode scooters and walked everywhere. They are 6 min from the new ferris wheel that you can ride on

There wasn't really anything bad. If I had to pick , it was a little crazy at breakfast they kept running out of plates. But that to be expected with all the people there eating. As soon as I told them no plates the went very quickly and found some for us

This is a good hotel in a great location in Bricktown. Clean and comfortable. Gym was closed for refurbishment so they arranged free use of the gym in the hire next door. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

The only way to park at the hotel is via a valet service which is very expensive (the car park is directly opposite the hotel, so there is no need for a valet service).

The double room was large and comfortable. Beds quality is good. The included breakfast was not having a large selection but good enough for us. Location is great at walking distance from Bricktown restaurants and downtown. Valet parking was very efficient and friendly even if too pricey.

The valet parking too expensive. We didn’t explore much for free parking but probably possible to park for free up on the street.
