Very friendly staff...excellent location, super clean, comfortable bed.

For a 275$ rate room... you'd have expected slippers and robes in the bathroom. There was no mini bar. , no bottle water. We called room service to request to bring up some bottles of water to our room....but they never answered. We ordered room service (breakfast) through their app... But food was just not good... scrambled eggs and omelet were overcooked. (Dry). We requested late check out ( granted until 1pm) . However, it seems no one informed housekeeping services or maintenance... and even though we hang a "do not disturb " sign on the door... people knocked on our room... 7 times between 9 am and 12 pm. Unfortunately, my fiance was having a very bad migraine episode and needed some rest, but he couldn't rest as much as he would have wanted and needed.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff at the front desk was very friendly, very helpful,any and everything I needed was perfectly and quickly delivered to my room. If you get a chance to meet Max and Ron who work 3rd shift you will find it hard to break away. I think Max's job is to make sure you are happy. That's it. And Ron who has been there over 17!years has stories about the hotel and celebrities he has met. One of my favorites is The stories of Jerry Lewis. And the photo in the lobby. Ron and Max are both very knowledgeable about the history of the hotel. We were there on vacation, but I would have been content just talking to them the 2 days we were there. Thank you so much guys for your patience and for the educational,yet entertaining time you allowed me to hang out in your lobby and making me feel like my time was your priority. Oh , and I have to mention the restaurant/ lounge. Whoever the nice man was in charge of our breakfast. You made sure it was to perfection and served in a timely manner. I felt like a celebrity myself by the time breakfast was over Even the valet guys acted as though we were their #1 priority. And didn't just do because it was their job. It seems as though doing your best with an authentic smile is the criteria you must pisses to work at The Skirvin Hotel. We are just ordinary people, nothing special. However during our stay we were made to feel like VIPs. Thank you for a wonderful experience.❤️

At my own fault I didn't look up parking prices. So the $30. a day I thought was a bit steep. For self parking. Valet would have been the way to go since it was only a couple of $ more.

Clean, comfortable & convenient. Very nice historical building with loads of atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again.

I couldn’t find a menu or was able to access room service. With the exception of a QR code to scan in the room, I would have no idea I was staying at a Hilton property. There was nothing to indicate I was in OKC either. No tub. I really wanted to take a bubble bath.

The hotel is beautiful and offered valet parking. It was walking distance to see the Oklahoma City Memorial which was the reason for our visit. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that there was no coffee readily available in the morning. You had to order from the restaurant. The restaurant staff was great and very quick but would have loved to just grab coffee and go. They are under renovations so you have to walk outside the hotel to go in the hotel restaurant next door. A little confusing the first time.

The staff was so friendly and kind, very accommodating. The front desk agent went above and beyond took amazing instagram photos for me AND the manager was so helpful gave us great directions to explore the hotel, big shout out to valet for ALSO helping us with street directions. I would stay here over and over again. When i travel back to Oklahoma this will be the first on my list. I have never felt so at home or welcomed in a hotel. They take the CAKE! 🎂

Nothing it was perfect

The decor and historic hotel itself were beautiful and updated. The only negative for myself only, is the bed was really soft. Both beds actually and that may be considered a person al preference. The valet was exceptional as were the restaurant staff and all I had contact with. Pool was clean and so was the hot spa. Enjoyed my stay very much and would come back just to stay here if I could sleep on a med/firm bed mattress. My little dog and father loved the stay as well. Super cool hotel.

Historic beauty! From the exterior to the interior, class is personified. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It's nice to see excellent customer service. I was there for a business trip, and the desk was a great size with convenient plugs and well-lit to work from. The room was spacious, and the bed was beyond comfortable. Everything was clean, and there were no smells. I had room service for dinner, and the steak was perfectly cooked. The creme brulee cheesecake was heavenly. 10/10 recommend.

I liked the building. I’m a sucker for old architecture. The valet staff were super friendly and cool. They didn’t mind getting a few things for me that I left in my car.

I was not told where facilities were like the pool. I did try to find it myself and got a few weird looks. I was just handed a room card. I would have like to have known if the piano bar was included in my stay or if that was an extra cost.

Location, cleanliness The valet parking was awesome and the Valets were exceptional .

The walk in shower was extremely slick. (Not being wet). I almost fell a few times. Might be a good idea to consider installing non skid mat or something like it .

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel very much. The food at breakfast was fine but our waiter was great! He was very knowledgeable and his service was the best.

Our room, #607, smelled like sewer gas when we arrived. I was able to pour water in the floor drain in the bathroom to eliminate the smell.
