The breakfast was very good and well-presented. The staff was excellent and helpful. The required valet parking was a surprise at $22 a day: I expected the hotel to provide safe parking on site. This is Oklahoma City not downtown Los Angeles.

The room could have been larger, but it was comfortable. The nights we stayed were disrupted by excessive road noise from 10 pm to 12 pm along the road next to the Bass Pro shop. The road noise was caused by drivers engaged in racing with load exhaust pipes travelling in a continuous circle around nearby blocks back to the straightaway to the South side of the hotel (on our side of the 4th # 419 floor room) August 3 - Aug 4th nights. I reported to the checkout manager to alert the local police to the nightly race activity during our stay.

Nice hotel. I was surprised at how nice and roomy the rooms were. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and friendly. The valet parking wasn't an efficient service. They parked our car when we first arrived at the hotel but every other time we just retrieved our keys from the valet parking staff and walked to our car. When we came back to the hotel sometimes the valet parking staff wasn't at their booth so we would park ourselves and turn keys in to desk staff. The hotel is charging $22 a day to park in their parking lot. It's downtown so they are trying to prevent non-guests from parking there but I feel guests shouldn't have to foot that bill, but whatever. Hot breakfast. Other than that I would stay again.

Valet parking was a joke

I loved my room. It had a separate sitting area and a great shower. The design is modern and super comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.

I wish their restaurant was open at night. They have the space for it. It’s easy enough to order DoorDash though. I’m not a fan of the music venue across the street, as it can a noisy crowd (yes I know I’m old). However, those folks sleep in, leaving enough breakfast for the early risers.

I stayed here for a concert at the Criterion. It was the perfect hotel for that venue. We even asked for a room overlooking the main entrance so we could keep an eye on the pre-concert line. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff were all great.

The only parking option is valet, and I really think that lot could just be a normal parking lot. The breakfast was also so/so, definitely recommend getting breakfast out.

Everything was great

The mattress was too hard, to sleep on, my husband and my was hurting when we woke up. It would be really hard to have sex on a hard mattress. Other that that everything great.

Lovely staff! I got a very big room for one person, which had also a big bathroom! The bed was very comfortable as well

The breakfast was really lacking options - cannot recommend it! Also, at some point I heard a lot of noises from a neighbouring room, so I’m not convinced about the sound insulation.

Location and price

Valet parking ONLY and they all looked sketchy. We walked 3 blocks in the heat to park in the parking garage bc they won’t let you park your own car in their lot. $22 add-on also.

The location and ease of access from I-40 was simple. The staff was very accommodating, breakfast was nice, and the room was very modern and comfortable. And quiet! Will stay again. If you are attending an event at The Criterion this is your best choice.

The valet parking is fairly priced, but very confusing. When I arrived, two cars were in the parking drive and a third was blocking the road (literally in the road). I proceeded to the parking lot, parked, and then checked into valet parking. I'm not sure this was appreciated, but I wasn't going to block the road.

Easy access to highway - not in crowded area - new

Very noisy traffic- parking, they called it valet parking, but it really wasn’t traditional. They had their own lot. Why not just let us park ourselves it was weird the breakfast food put out was not enough for a full hotel. We went down at 7:30 and most of the hot food was gone.

The staff was amazing

The floor was wet by the wall by the bed. I thought maybe someone had spilled a water until I took a shower. The water went everywhere. You might need to check on seals around showers.
