The breakfast was perfect. There were multiple options between cereal, pastries, yogurt, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage/bacon, potatoes, waffles, coffee, juice, and more. The rooms were so comfortable... we selected Sleep Inn because they have the most comfortable beds, excellent AC's, and incredible water pressure in the showers. We also enjoyed the shuttle getting in and around town!

It might have been an off-day, but when we got there, our room wasn't quite ready, and the bathroom was missed... BUT they made it right very quickly. Also, probably related to timing, but the hot tub was closed the entire time we were there for maintenance. It would have been nice to dip in the hot tub... especially after a long day of walking in the cold.

Very quiet roomy room. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Convenient location.

The woman running the breakfast room was very rude. Breakfast service ends at 9:30. We arrived a little before 9:00. There were 2 sausages left, a few scrambled eggs, and no plates. Another guest asked for plates. I asked for more sausage. She rudely said that breakfast is over at 9:30 and we should have come earlier. Bowls and milk also had to be asked for. When we asked for more coffee, the desk attendant was very polite and quickly refilled the pump coffee dispenser. And, without being asked, put out more little creamers. The food was ok. I just don't tolerate rudeness.

It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing!

The only thing I had a problem with was breakfast. The sign clearly states 6:30 to 9:30, but get there at 8:45 or 9 and there’s nothing left. They’re already putting stuff away. I was quite upset a couple of mornings. None of the workers spoke English to even understand when I asked why there was nothing left. They definitely need to do better in that department.

I loved how close the room was to Bricktown, especially since that's why we traveled here. The beds were absolutely comfortable, I had to pry myself out of bed.

There were items from other guests behind the bed, so it looks like the cleaning crew isn't very thorough. The guests next to our room had dirty linens on their beds, and when they were stripped, they sat in the hall ALL DAY. Guests were told that the manager did not like to be bothered off duty and they had no point of contact information to give us.

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was great and very helpful. We went to a Thunder game and rode the shuttle the hotel provided. Our driver was wonderful and very helpful, as well. I thought the room was great for the price.

Loud dog barking next door. Sounded like it was running up and down the hallway. Our room did not have a hair dryer, which caused me to panic! We had an early morning train to catch. Our front desk guy went door to door of the empty rooms looking for one for me and was able to find one! Wish I had caught his name.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. We received a text shortly after getting in the room asking if we needed anything. We had accidently left a stainless steel cup in our refrigerator, I was able to text the front desk and they were able to keep it for us until we were able to return and pick it up. The hotel is super close to OU Medical Center and very convenient.

We had difficulty getting the heat to work but later found out their was a wall thermostat that operated the mini-split. It could have been a much better welcome to the room if we had known to look for the wall thermostat. When we questioned the front desk about getting help with the heater, we were told we were the only one having to ask for help.

I like the breakfast staff was very good at having breakfast ready and when the food finish they were on the look out on restocking it again. And Breakfast was also good better than other Hotels I been to.

I was there 3 nights 2 days and my room didnt get clean.I usally keep my room clean and organized. All I needed them to do was to vacumm and take out trash. Not sure why it wasent done. Overall everything else was excellent. Im sure their was probably a good reason why our rooms didnt get clean

It was clean and very inviting. Loved the breakfast. Could have been warmer, but it was a full spread breakfast.

Originally, I was upset because there was a charge error. Checkout was Sunday, so there wasnt a manager on staff. Like anyone else, I was a little upset, however the Manager received my concerns and took care of the error. Overall, very professional.

I like that the property was clean, it was easy to find, it was quiet, extremely comfortable, staff was great, and it was very close to where I needed to go in the morning

The only thing I didn’t like was it was confusing on where to go to check in. There’s actually only one lobby for two hotels.

I missed breakfast, but the room, elevator, clean facility, and professional staff made for an enjoyable stay. It was easy to get back on the highway toward San Antonio, Texas. I did try to rebook for my return but there were no vacancies.

I signed for your rewards program, but my overnight stay was not eligible. It would have been better if additional handicap spaces were available. There was a lack of restaurants in the local area. The Waffle House was it.
