I really disliked the parking price after already being told the price was $658.00 for three nights. Your website was deceitful for not divulging parking fees right away!

The room was right across from the baseball field, so I got to watch the games from my room which was a huge bonus! The bedroom was comfy and breakfast was enjoyable. I liked that they always had coffee, tea, and water tasty for the guests at the front. The hotel workers were really nice too, especially Maya! I also liked how you could get a card to use the parking garage instead of having to use valet like all the other places. I also brought my own water bottles and discovered some Chick-fil-A nuggies in the mini-fridge, very nice!

The pool is mainly for children and not deep so my boyfriend and I decided not to partake even though we like swimming

Family and I enjoyed it because it was in the center of downtown to where we could walk around the area and stay near to avoid parking hassle. We liked the parking garage as stated above less hassle and we was able to come into the hotel from it.

Only issue that we had in our room was 1.) it always seemed like it was hot or humid when go in every time even with us lowering temperature, but was manageable. 2.) we did not have a microwave in our room which we thought it was odd because normally don’t see that and obviously we had to adjust of what snacks or things to have in our room to eat on either for the children or adults. As these are just minor things as overall we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was awesome. There was enough variety that all 3 grandkids was happy with the food. The location was quiet, no police sirens all night long because of crime. Wife felt very safe there with our grandkids. That made everything that much better. Grandkids loved the pool, very much kid friendly.

I could not think of anything that could have made our stay better. Staff was very friendly and always there to answer all questions. I very much appreciate the way the staff treated me. I am a kind of big guy with lots of tattoos. Many places treat me as a second class citizen, not knowing the person I am. Thank you for treating me as any other person.

The hotel is very nice and the suites are roomy. The pool is great for kids. Continental breakfast is above and beyond! It is a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the hotel. But they do have an elevator going from the garage to the lobby so that is helpful. Great views and access to Bricktown.

Granted it was 4th of July but the elevators are always a long wait. The hotel store is super high priced and I did not see a regular pop machine anywhere on property. No Valet parking option is disappointing.

Breakfast was great, room was clean but bed was uncomfortable, location is great we could walk around with the kids. They had hot chocolate for the kids and my little ones loved it. I would recommend. The staff was amazing. The staff knows the area and recommends great places to eat

Pool cleaners was way too strong. Eyes snd throat burning. Bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise with the smallest movement. I was asked if i wanted a parking ticket and didn’t realize it was $20 per day. He didn’t tell us it was extra. Much cheaper compared to paying the garage separately but a heads up would be nice

The layout, location, and staff were all great! We especially enjoyed the view of the ball park!

We had booked specifically for a staycation because of the swimming pool for our daughter. Unfortunately the water was freezing and the CHLORINE oh my. There was so much chlorine that our eyes were burning the rest of the night. It was even difficult to breath. So we didn’t get to swim long.

On Arrival they were very friendly to our Dog. He was very excited after being in the car for almost 12 hours with little stops on the way. The Breakfast was very good and there was plenty to choose from.

Not that the Hotel could do anything but the other guest were noisy in the hall way after midnight. Also there were very loud cars in the back alley next to the ball field playing loud music and revving their engines late into the night.

The room was clean and in great condition. We had great water pressure and temperature with neat shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious. The ease and access to our vehicle and Bricktown amenities was awesome.

The bed. The sheets were scratchy. The pillows were all way too big and wouldn't squish down. The overall comfort of the bed was just not good. The chlorine in the pool room was burning my family's eyes, but other than that, they liked the pool area.

Love the location, room was perfect, Lezit housekeeping was awesome. Mike at front desk was kind, helpful, directed me to all the fun things the city has to offer.

Disappointed in a few of the front desk employees who were absolutely rude when I asked for help regarding my digital room key. Afternoon concierge Crystal was absolutely rude ignore my questions, wouldn’t look at me when speaking to me. Not helpful at all.
