Great location near Bricktown. Easy parking and rooms were generally clean and orderly. Staff at the desk was friendly.

Cleaning crew didn’t come clean our room for the first 2-3 days. We saw them in the hall still cleaning when we returned to our room after 3PM on one day so maybe they thought we didn’t need them. We had to grab some towels and tissue paper, as we were out by day 3. I asked the cleaning staff to please clean on day 3, but she did not speak English and didn’t understand. Once we figured out how to overcome the language barriers, she cleaned the room well.

I loved how spacious the room felt. The amenities were off the hook including a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and bathroom essentials. This place included free breakfast which is a plus. Everything was clean and I loved that it came with a futon couch. The customer service was also top tier. All in all I would come back again. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and was happy this hotel was walking distance from BrickTown activities and restaurants.

There’s nothing I did not really like. Keep in mind though you’ll pay for daily parking I think it was between $15-$20 per day they usually take it out of the deposit.

I loved the location of this hotel. We never moved our car from the parking lot, just walked everywhere. Also, the room was big and spacious. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with a great location. Nice pool(although we did not try it, it was nowhere written in the profile here in Booking), nice gym and overall a cool atmosphere.

I think the walls were thin, and I could not hear other people in other rooms, but in the morning it was very disturbing to hear cleaning ladies talk with talkie-walkies. That was loud and not comfortable. Also, I did not like the fact that people were taking food to go from breakfast. If you arrived late, people had several plates to go, and you would not find enough food. The hotel should be more strict about this.

Breakfast ☹️ You need to have an MICROWAVE available for your guests. The Breakfast is a high light of staying at this hotel. Great idea & good food!! But NO WAY to keep anything hot. You would get more returns, I guarantee, just because people won’t have to be told, “No we have No Microwave.” That was odd & unfortunate.☹️ You can afford a microwave in every room, which is an expected amenity. But, Having a MICROWAVE To Keep Your Hot Breakfast Hot & Easily Reheated…. Would be only kind & courteous than remembering everything was great but my breakfast ended up cold by the time I waited to get in line etc…. Ask your workers how often are they asked if they have a microwave in the Breakfast area. Other than that, everything was great!

First thing we walked in and were greeted by two very friendly front desk employees. The place was very clean and beautiful. I don't understand why anyone would write bad reviews which I did read and was a little worried. I didn't read them until the day we were suppose to be there. I didn't bother reading them when I made reservations because Holiday Inn Express has high standards. I know this because I've stayed in quite a few different properties in the past. I would love to come back for a couple of nights because there is so much to see and do at Bricktown.

This hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean, looks pretty new, the check in was pleasant, Natalie was very welcoming, very informative on food establishment in the area, all in walking distance, Bricktown has a pretty cool look, theres a boat on the canel which you can ride, alot of great places for drinks and food. A must-see place. Parking is in the rear of the hotel, and the morning breakfast was hot and very delicious, I would definitely stay here again.

The location! You can walk pretty much to everywhere. The size of the room, the bed, the pillows, the parking that wasn't "too expensive" compared to other hotels, and the fact we could keep the car parked during the last day of the conference even though it was after our departure time. Front desk people! Thank you for your kindness!

I think parking should be entirely free because the hotel is not cheap; the fact that guests need to request the room refresh, and the lack of told or tea in the lobby after breakfast hours. Also, the shower in room 217 needs some deep cleaning.

Was unaware of all the fees that would be added to our stay.My card was charged 50.00 over the price of the room quoted with fees. Also 20.00 parking fee Just be aware if you chose to stay here be prepared to pay much more than you planned.Asked then front desk about the charge front desk said 50.00 would be reimbursed after discharge we will see.

I loved how close and walked distance. It was to all the bars and restaurants in Bricktown and the facility was very clean on the inside.

The bed was super hard and uncomfortable, so I didn’t get to sleep very well and the breakfast was not good at all. The gravy tasted like taco gravy. It was weird for biscuits and gravy and I just wish that they just had a little bit better cooking for the free breakfast.

It was a 7 minute walk to the destination to visit

Didn't like hidden fees, the fact we had to pay $20.00 to park the car .$50.00 deposit we paid at check in. we will get back in 2 weeks. The breakfast was terrible, I asked a lady that worked there a question, she looked at me like, why you talking to me???, I know she worked there because she was putting more eggs out
